Adrian motel is nice, clean, on the beach (500 mtrs) and close to the Otego Peninsula. Kitchenette, seats, tv, free wifi. We stayed for two nights and had a good time. Cooked our own meals, witch was good after days of restaurant-food. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and it had good amneties in the kitchen. The Bathroom was large too. The location was wonderful as it was close to supermarkets and to the esplanade area with restaurants.Overall a good experience

The man at reception was friendly and welcoming. The motel had a good off street parking and great bed, very warm and comfortable, however the bedroom was so cramped that the door didn't open fully as it jammed against the bed. This made it difficult getting up in the night for comfort visit. It is a budget motel and as...

Very clean motel, well presented, good value and very friendly owners. Great location in quite area near the beach. Will be back if we are passing through Dunedin again. Also had a breakfast option available for $10 pp which was a nice touch.

This motel did not look much from the outside, but it was great! Very clean, with attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and obviously care about their motel. It was handy for the beach, the city and the Otago peninsula. We had two nights but would have enjoyed more.

We had little choice of accommodation due to a number of events in Dunedin at the time. Seeing the outside it looked dated, however this is totally incorrect when you see the rooms. Our two bedroom unit had recently been renovated and was in great condition. Only down side was the heating was a little inadequate for the size of...

We went out on a date night in Dunedin but felt too tired to drive 45 minutes home. Randomly, we decided to find somewhere to spend the night. The first place we checked out was spot on. Arriving at Adrian Motel at 9:30 without pre-booking wasn't a problem. We were met with quick friendly service and the room was both...

What more could you want? This great motel offered a very pleasant one-night stay. A friendly host welcomed us and we were impressed with the quality and comfort of our modern unit. The location is very good - quiet, with St Kilda beach just a short walk away and it's only a few minutes drive to the city centre. We...

My sister, my niece and I spent three comfortable nights here in a spacious two bedroom unit while visiting my aunt to celbrate her 95th birthday. We had an enjoyable stay, and the unit catered well for three adults. The Adrian is well located in St Kilda - I am sure I'll stay here again.
