Their week rate was good and the apartment style room was good for 4 adults. Only downside of a weekly rate is that they service the apartment once during your stay. We had room to entertain others and with the full size kitchen could cook for ourselves as well. Had a nice playground for children. Rooms are tired but they...

We are only here for one night tonight. The chap on reception was welcoming and helpful. It is a very easy walk into town. The unit, although tired looking, is of an excellent size. The bathroom looks brand new and is lovely. We would be happy to stay here again.

We stay here regularly. Its close to the museum, bookshops and The Good Earth cafe. Twenty minutes pleasant walk into town. Units are set back from the road so avoid traffic noise. Staff have always been pleasant. The units we stay in are worn and dated, but you get what you pay for and we are grateful to have somewhere...

Australian travelers. Older style apartment with huge amounts of space. Brand new bathroom. Full kitchen. Creaking floorboards. Handy to a lovely bakery and Maccas. Needs dollars spent everywhere but you get what you pay for.

I was accosted by management for, so they said, dropping a small piece of toilet tissue on the bathroom floor. I couldn't comprehend the accusation at first, and was rather taken aback by it. But they persisted to interrogate me over it, demanding to know why I had done it. I told them I hadn't even realised, and decided to...

We had booked for 4 nights at this hotel, and arrived at night and noticed that on the balcony leading to our room only 1 of about 5 of the outside lights were working, and this was at the opposite end to our room. The front door lock was minimal in terms of security. On entering the motel first thoughts were...

We were staying 2 nights in Dunedin after touring Fjordland & Central Otago and looking to be close to Otago Uni. We stayed in the unit closest to reception. Room 202 I think. Pros: 1 large bedroom with comfy bed & clean sheets. Large lounge & kitchen with large modern fridge. Stove is older but very clean. Separate dining area...

We had a great stay at the Motel, great reception and great rooms. We were spoilt with the size of the rooms and the layout of the unit. Recommend this motel to anyone. Easy to find and good parking, close to town and the University. Also free washing machines

We booked this motel several months in advance in order to be near family for Christmas. We wanted something with some lawn/garden, not just a tar sealed car park. We were not disappointed as there was also a little playground (perfect for our grand daughter), a BBQ (which worked very well) and outdoor furniture which we enjoyed using as the...

A pleasant hotel / motel located close to the city centre but far away to be nice and quiet ... Warm, cosy, wonderfully priced ... Our room had a new bathroom and make sure you don't have anyone above your level so that you don't have to hear their foot steps
