A very good experience in Queenstown , enjoyed the city. The hotel accomodation and facilities were great. Although little far from the town, the free shuttle bus services compensate it . Just one area of improvement may be a bigger bus or more bus would be nice so that all the guest could avail the facility of using this services...

The first time I stayed here there were a number of teething issues, namely lack of service. This time round it appears the hotel has found its feet and is running smoothly. We stayed in a Lakeview room (I think that's what itit's called - had a hot tub) and it was very comfortable and quiet. The Spa is fantastic....

We were advised about an upgrade opportunity that was cost effective and made the whole experience worth it. From the very efficient staff such as Jae and Dan to the Barman Jean Francois and Restaurant Manager Gary these staff literally do anything possible to make your stay as good as it can be. Even the housekeeping staff with their personal...

After a 36 hour journey, the Hilton was an ideal place to land. The sauna and steam, the pool, and the setting hit the spot. We recovered quickly and headed off for our vigorous time ahead. Breakfast buffet set us on our way. And the parking was gratis, a rarity for US hotels.

Spent another weekend at the Queenstown Hilton with my daughter aged 7 years. We swam for hours and relaxed in our room looking over the lake. As we left I asked Daisy if she had a nice time and she said "Mum it feels like we have been here for a month". A sign of a truly relaxing time I...

We had booked and paid for this hotel 9 months before hand, we were put on the 3rd floor in a corner room, we could not open any windows, the bathroom was so small, 2 people could not fit into it at any one time. No bath, the shower curtain was short, therefore the water from the shower would go...

The rooms are large with sofas and gas effect fires The pool and spa are great and the whole place is tastefully decorated The layout is very odd having to take multiple elevators but there are only a few rooms on each floor in the Hilton block so very quit Super comfy beds The main disadvantage is the location out...

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel and was utterly disappointed at its upkeeping and service. On arrival at 10 min to 3pm (check in time 3pm) we were told that our room will be ready in 15 min. So we waited at the lobby but after half hour we were still waiting but no one bother...

The hotel is everything and more. Our toom was perfect witha cosy fireplace, a huge tub big enough for my husband and i to share as well as a spacious tub. We also made use of the sauna and pool, which after a day of touring was very relaxing.. we had dinner at the nearby restuarant and took the shuttle...

The entire stay at the Hilton was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were also great and very clean. The breakfast was also great every morning having a wide selection. Overall I would recommend staying at the Hilton.
