God locarion: 10 minutes walk into centre. The room was a bit tired but overall, was good value for money. Did not use the bar but the breakfast was expensive for what it was. Manager gave us dicount voucher for breakfast on second day, suggest you ask for it when you arrive..

We had a two bed apartment over two floors,we had two bathrooms and two separate toilets, but there are no laundry facilities in the apartment, you have to use the communal laundry which can get very busy.Very clean, fantastic views, easy walk in to town but there is a very steep hill on your return trip,I would recommend.

This is a tired old hotel, and the accommodation really isn't any more than average at best. We stayed here on two separate nights and in neither room did we have bedside lamps and the only bedside table is between the two double beds. The rooms felt like remnants of the 1980's with spongy beds and shiny polyester covers. If...

Spent two nights in this hotel while on tour in southern NZ. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the central town area, yet close enough to walk to central part. Nice large rooms with balconies overlooking the lake. Efficient checkin for large group. Breakfast buffet was cold.

Room sizes are good, clean and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good and there was a laundry room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did eat in the restaurant one night and food was very nice. . Service was a bit slow and the dumb waiter wasn't working as such drinks were taking some time to...

A beautiful lakefront setting with views across to the Remarkables. Other than that, a bit pretentious. Restaurant wasn't anything special. The rooms were LARGE with the usual appointments. Luckily we got a special rate for booking in advance, otherwise I'd say just your average, overpriced Queentstown hotel.

Average hotel with huge rooms and overlooking the lake across Frankton Rd. the staff were very helpful and sincere in their attitude but the restaurant food lets the place down badly. Very average and not that cheap when the food is considered. We ate there twice then opted for the more attractive jetty cafes which were similar prices.

Excellent staff at this lake view hotel close to town. Breakfast is basic but the view is worth it. Rooms are clean & comfortable but no A/C if it gets hot and the rooms can face the busy main road, the bus stops directly outside the hotel.

Looking at the photos and description our room advertised lake views, which it does have, but just over the main road and blocked slightly by the motel in front. This can make it very noisy from traffic! We had booked a twin Queen lake view room. Also note that its a 10-15 min walk in to the town center. The...

The Copthorne Hotel and Apartments is 15 minutes walk downhill into town. It's 20 minutes back up hill! It's positioned on the busy main Frankton road into Queenstown with good views across the road to the lake. The design of the Hotel means that most rooms are set back from the road and insulated from any road noise by the...
