Stayed here for a total of two nights. It was a great location, very close to the downtown area, and perfect for quick in and out of the city. The rooms were well sized, and there was a nice hot shower here. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and had lost...

My Husband and I stayed here for a week for our Honeymoon. We absolutely loved this place, nice view, amazing customer service, a walk to town and so comfortable. We couldn't have been happier. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was standard motel fare with excellent customer care and help from the reception, including great tips on walks and eateries. Rooms at the front overlook the lake and the town is 100 metres away! Free parking makes this a place to stay, leave the car keys and explore all the Queenstown offers.

There are things which are nice about the hotel, but they are too few to outweigh some of the poor things. I expected a private car park, but there were only 5 spaces and they had all been taken when I arrived. I expected a kitchen to prepare food. It was a shared "facility" which could not be used after...

Hi Fosie thanks for your feedback and comments. As you mention in your review, Lomond Lodge has 5 car parking spaces outside the Lodge on the forecourt & then further over flow car parking in the Man Street car park, which is directly across from the Lodge. These additional parking spaces are complimentary and are available to any of our...

Stayed at this great little motel right in the centre of things for 2 nights in February; very convenient for the great bars and restaurants of Queenstown and the Gondola is just around the corner. The amenities are on the basic side but perfect for what we needed and nabbed a parking space out front too - result! The staff...

Great to see you enjoying the best of what Queenstown has to offer - the circuit walk you mention offers one of the most beautiful views out over the town, lake and mountains! Thanks for your feedback and we hope to host you again next time! The Team at Bella Vista Queenstown

Had a king room on the second floor. It overlooked the Lake and the Remarkables. It's a relatively short walk to the harbour area. The room was very nice. Good compact kitchenette. Some complaints about the ugly fence across the way...from the second floor it really doesn't block the view. The only issue we had was that the wi-fi was...

We absolutely loved our week stay at Lomond Lodge last week! We had top floor studio and the view was incredible. Great location to everything and the share kitchen was great! Staff very friendly and we will definitely recommend and stay again. The only 2 faults were with a service the room wasn't vacuumed- which would have been nice as...

Had a 1st floor room overlooking the lake (once you got past the ugly 2 metre high plywood boarding across the road). The room was small for motel style accommodation and the bathroom was basic. The shower head was unadjustable so water tended to go everywhere. There was no AC or fan, so to get the room anywhere near cool,...

Hi Glyn thanks for your feedback and comments. Sorry to hear you felt the Lodge didn't meet your expectations and that the Wifi was slow. We offer 5GB of complimentary Wifi daily and it should work at a very fast speed, as we also use it for our office on site. We have since asked the provider to do a...

I stayed in a garden view room which had a pleasant outlook but no major view. The room was not large but quite well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was small and very awkward. Not particularly accessible for unloading luggage from a car ( and the steps after just coming off the Hump ridge track were a...

Our room was modern and clean, with just enough space for 2. We had a good view of the lake from the balcony in front. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all, we had a parking place, which are hard to come by in crowded Queenstown. We could leave the car and walk into town.
