Now a mainstay of Queenstown, the hotel is in a great position at the entrance to town and an easy walk to the CBD. Pleasant surroundings, all the necessary amenities, a clean and comfortable stay. Has good conference facilities, late night bar and a small gym to work off the prior night's excess.

Stayed here with Scenic touring holiday of Australia & New Zealand. Both the room size, bed and bathroom were okay, slightly tired in appearance, in need of some maintenance. Had a pleasant view of the gardens, although at night some people thought this was a good place to have a very loud conversation while smoking, not hotels fault but annoying...

Spent 3 nights here during a tour of New Zealand. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful recommending places to go and see. Parking is charged per day at the hotel but there is street parking nearby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Really liked the laundry room with a washer and drier as we needed to wash some clothes.(This costs...

This hotel had nice a comfortable room, bed, and bathroom facilities. There was free wifi for 30 min in lobby each day. We opted to pay $5 local currency for wifi for 3 devices which, next to free, seemed reasonable. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of choices in addition to made to order egg dishes...

Parking - this was a bit fractious as there is very little space right outside the hotel and it is 'one way'. We had reserved a space in the underground parking and to get a card to gain access you have to check in first, they then give you the card, which you put into the reader for the secure...

Dear Brigham69, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the car parking and apologize if you think it was frustrating process. We do require to have this process to ensure the guests who have booked the car park only has the access. We only have limited secured car parks available hence the process...

In town, the medium size room has a king bed and good pillows, the shower was over the bath and the toiletries were OK. The breakfast was good but the place looked a bit tired and disorganised. Wifi also OK.

One night stay here in a large room that was very clean and comfortable. Service was very good. At the time we were visiting, three bus loads of tourists arrived yet our luggage was in our room promptly. Short walk to town center.

We stayed at the Millennium Hotel for 3 nights as part of Gate 1 tour. It is 2 short blocks from downtown. When we reached the hotel, our room was ready. Bedding was 2 twin beds, quality being excellent. Pillows very comfortable. Wifi is 5 New Zealand dollars/day. Hot breakfast was included. Management very helpful.

Stayed here for three nights on a tour of New Zealand. Attractive hotel set in a quiet location uphill from the centre of town. It is a steep walk up to the hotel but there is a regular shuttle bus to and from the town so this is not a drawback. Great breakfasts and friendly staff.
