Just top notch!!! We stayed in a three-bed room apartment and it was just astonishing!!? It was up in the 'Residence' so it is having a whole villa by yourself!! And We really loved it so well furnished with really modern furniture and TV with surroundsystem!! Each bedroom has its own bath and they use terrific Molton Brown products( if...

Our holiday based at Eichardt's Private Hotel ranks as the best we have ever experienced. This boutique hotel treats its residents like royalty and provides for every perceived need. From its valet parking services on arrival and throughout the stay, exceptionally friendly reception personnel, a full personal explanation of the extensive services available for guests, and the remarkable comfort provided,...

Unfortunately we did not stay here but did have a fabulous lunch and tour of the rooms. We stayed at Blanket Bay which was pretty but too far from the bustling town. This hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants . Rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff was...

Amazing views with great service. The staff were helpful and approachable. Wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the tapas served at the bar on those couple of nights we were there. The Grille also served delicious ala carte breakfast. Highly recommended.

We just left this morning after 3 days in one of the cozy and spacious apartments (with a real fire place). Hotel was recommended by our travel agent and we are so grateful for her choice. Upon arriving you step into the "world of Eichardt " and getting pampered by their wonderful staff (thanks Courtney for the smooth check in)....

We stayed over Christmas and it was very expensive. Our suite promised a mountain view but unfortunately it looked keep right into a roof top bar/restaurant so we had to keep our curtains closed. If we looked over the bar we could see the mountains! Luckily we had double glazing to keep out the music noise which stopped at 10.30....

This is not a review of the hotel itself, which we did not stay in, or of the staff, which was perfectly fine, but of the downstairs unit of the Lakefront Apartments down the street. Our stay was quite expensive and had I had know of the design defects of this unit I would not have booked. The problem was...

We stayed here four nights. Had a wonderful time in the Queenstown area: beautiful lake; many nearby wineries; lots of activities in the area; interesting central area with lots of shops and some very good restaurants. The hotel was a great place to stay. It's right on the lake with spectacular views but nearby all the shops and dining establishments....
