Clean facilities, big room, kind employees. They let us park the car overnight since we were going on one of the Doubtful Sound cruises. They have a little garden in the courtyard and a couple of picnic areas so it looks nice. Close enough to walk to Town Centre, and since they're right off the lakefront it's a pleasant stroll.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and used it as a base to go kayaking at Milford Sound. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The girl at reception was helpful with recommending some kayaking options and she gave us fresh milk for coffee. Was awesome having coffee plunger and plunger coffee for us in the...

Nice place to stay with the location being decent, both within walking distance to town and the lake. We based ourselves here for our trip to Milford Sound and it was a good choice. The shower (but not bathroom) itself is a little small but other than that everything was satisfactory.

We love the fact that we could park our car right in front of our unit and that makes carrying our luggages into the room very easy. The room is tidy and cozy with an attached kitchen. We could cook up a simple meal on days when we were too lazy to drive out for a bite. Location wise is...

Great little motel we stayed in for one night on the way to Milford Sound. Fantastic King Bed and everything you may need for an overnight stay including a hot plate and microwave. Very clean, good wifi. We walked into the town centre in the evening, a very pretty walk along the river and had a great meal following a...

In the States, motels are a no-no.... unless you want to pick up god only knows what sort of critters. I was told that NZ is a different story. Out of all of our lodging (hotels and motels - we did a mixture) on our 9 day trip, this was the cleanest of all of them. Thank you to Amber...

We have stayed at this place twice now, us in the 3 bed house and our staff in the motel rooms nearby. I love this house! It has 3 relatively spacious bedrooms, all clean and well kept. A large lounge and a kitchen dining. Two bathrooms, one with a spa and the other a very large spacious room. So many...

We (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 8) stayed overnight. The motel room was well arranged with queen and single in one bedroom and a single in the kitchen/lounge. The bathroom was fine. Great value and Te Anau is a great location to do Milford Sound.
