A beautiful B&B. Phillipa was a lovely host, giving us plenty of information on what to do and best local restaurants. Loved the delicious breakfasts...all made with love and attention. Really enjoyed the home-baked goods after a long day out. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

What a wonderful B&B. We were here 2 nights and had such an excellent time. We were met by Mark who is one of the most friendliest guys you could ever wish to meet. He gave us the low down on Dunluce, the area, things to do and places to eat. If you're a rugby fan too he is an... More

Beautiful small B&B (4 rooms) on the edge of Te Anau, has the feeling of the countryside. The room is spacious, modern, convenient and it has all the needs. Breakfast is generous and delicious. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nurit & Zvika Israel

We stayed here a couple of nights and were blown away. Mark and Phillipa are fantastic hosts, as soon as we arrived we were given a run down on the area and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre of Te Anau. So very peaceful at night and easy enough to drive to the centre... More

Other reviewers have raved about the Dunluce B&B, and normally I don't bother to write a review if I'm simply going to agree with everyone else. But Phillipa was so kind and accommodating that I have to put in my two cents worth. When our plans changed and we needed to add a night, she put us up in a... More

Breakfast was great too! We highly recommend Dunluce B&B and will definitely stay there again when we are next in town. Thank you Mark & Phillippa for making our... More

The relatively new owners, Phillippa and Mark provide you with a wonderful place to stay. The rooms have fantastic views, beds are super comfortable, modern baths, plenty of towels, wine/home-baked goods, fantastic breakfasts and the location is perfect. We did not want to be right in town with all of the people bustling about. We were picked up right at... More

First of all...BIG SHOUT OUT TO Philippa, who was kind enough to deal with my trip date change and completely accommodate us when I had to switch arrival dates on her. This is a wonderful place to stay if you're making the trip to Milford Sound. It is in a small residential area, but is open and spacious with a... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Dunluce BnB on our honeymoon and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Te Anau. Philippa and Mark were incredibly welcoming, and assisted us with restaurant recommendations and choosing a tour company for our trip out to Milford Sound. The room was immaculately presented and serviced daily, with an amazing... More

My daughter and I only spent one night here, but wished we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were so warm and gracious! We were offered a drive into town to get dinner and a pick up after, no charge! And a great little tour of the area at the same time. The rooms are very clean and modern, and... More
