Booked by phone because of special requirements. Specifically requested a 2-bedroom family unit with a maximum of one step access for elderly disabled parents and myself. Arrived and was directed to a unit with six steps - impossible to negotiate with wheeled walking aid. Was then offered two separate rooms but I needed to be with Mum and Dad so...

We had overnight accommodation for 4 people in a ground floor, 2 bedroom unit. It was clean (except inside fridge) , roomy, great shower, BUT we heard every footstep upstairs made, could here them talking, there was banging and carrying on till 10.30 that night and the same when they woke up the next morning. For 4 people, we had...

Dear Customer, Thanks so much for letting us know how your experience were with us. Unfortunately we feel so sorry for the noise from upstairs. Regarding the towels, we apologize it is our overlook by the housekeeper. Family rooms should have been supplied with enough towels for 4 people in the first place. Once again, sorry for that!

We stayed in one bedroom unit. Single bed in lounge/kitchenette area. Could do with a small lounge, as it was uncomfortable trying to relax and watch TV with our daughter in the single bed. Could probably do with small TV in bedroom. Neat, clean and tidy. Some table lamps would be great as well, as normal room lighting was a...

Paid in advance for 4 nights - queen room (2 people). Had to leave unexpectedly on the 4th day and did not get a refund. Despite leaving notice outside on the door handle for the room to be tidied each day they did not replace shampoos, soaps, towels or face washers. We had to buy our own shampoo and use...

We decided to stay one night in Newcastle and found this place, where we got this cute little cabin. Outside we had s little spot with place for a little table and a couple of chairs. We had our dinner at "home" that night, which was really cosy. It's not far from the city if you've got a car, 8-10...

My family decided on an impromptu stay as we were spending Christmas with our extended family in Newcastle, so we decided to have a look at a few hotels/motels online. Because most of the properties were booked out we were limited in the availability for our accomodation. We stumbled across the Travellers Motor Village and had a look at the...

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and it was okay then, but now with new management/ owners, they are slowly improving the whole hotel... I stay in the back villas which are a little bigger than a standard hotel room and has a basic stove and microwave. They are at the back of the complex and are...

Thank you so much for your comment! I am so glad that you noticed the motel has been slowly improved under the new management. We are still working very hard to improve our rooms and services.

We had a basic queen and single room. it's quite 'cosy' and simple but does the job. Gas cook top which was a constant danger due to handsy kids so I'd recommend upgrading those one day to a hob which can be turned off at the wall, room 4 also had a damaged towel rail and old furniture, but very...

Thank you very much for your comment! Glad you had a good rest at our motel. Yes, the gas cook tops are fairly old in some of our rooms. You are absolutely right. It is also dangerous for kids. But the good news is we will be replacing them soon. It is on our job list for sure! Hopefully next...
