We pre-booked this holiday some months back on a special deal...glad that we didn't pay full price. I think if the weather is favourable, then Villa Provence is perfectly adequate, as you're out most of the time, but we had atrocious weather and the room just isn't welcoming enough to sit around in. Very sparely and plainly decorated, extremely dim...

We stayed here for the Rolling Stones concert. As with most accommodation in the Hunter Valley on event weekends there is a two night minimum. We paid $350 per night for this accommodation and it was far from the value you would expect for that price bracket. I understand that the prices are inflated for event weekends but it basically...

Nestled in behind and overlooking a winery this was quite the peaceful retreat. We came via a travel voucher which was worth it. I believe the price we paid would be a regular fair price. The room itself could use a little tlc but in saying that it wasnt awful. Walls are quite thin - i literally felt the vibration...

We had a very nice two bedroom villa that was clean and spacious. As there is a kitchenette it would have been convenient to have a table and chairs to eat at.Not far from all the action just a few minutes drive. Would stay there again but Jo for heavens sake employ a groundsman to give the grounds and patios a...

Villa Provence is a quaint little guest house with a a rustic charm set among vineyards with spectacular views from the upstairs rooms. On the surface it could do with some cosmetic refurbishment but what you get are clean, well-presented rooms with loads of atmosphere. We have just returned from our third stay (and second in the Merlot Room). We...

Three couples stayed at Villa Provence for 2 nights. What a lovely place it is, the rooms are clean and spacious, with a separate living area away from the bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom in between. Nice swimming pool at the end of the building and a barbecue area 20m away from our rooms. All rooms have table and chairs...

Excellent value and everything you need to feel comfortable. Nice mini-kitchenette with everything needed for a night or two, plus a dvd player (and a nice selection of films to choose from) plus loads of games, etc. Staff couldn't have been nicer.

Villa Provence was first class. We stayed for two nights at the end of February and found everything, the suite, the location and the ambiance just what we needed after wine hunting. Cooking facilities were limited to a microwave and an electric kettle, but with lots of food, wine and restaurants in the area, this poses no problem. Cheese, salami...

Great little boutique accommodation. Everything you need including a pool. There is no Restaurant on site so you will need to grab some take away or head out to one of the many local restaurants. We had one of the first floor rooms and sat on our balcony with a complimentary bottle of wine overlooking the vines and watching the...

We have just spent two nights at Villa Provence. It is very well located being only a few minutes to most of the wineries and Hunter Valley Gardens. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Winery Cottage very close to the main house. This had everything one would possibly need for a short stay away from home including its own swimming...
