This "owner" is so rude !!! We would never stay there, as she greets visitors to the Hunter Valley region with contempt. Other winery owners in the area were embarrassed of the treatment we received from this "lady"

Recently purchased by the Hope family this property is absolutely incredible. Each room is finished to perfect with different themes - and each one is special. Some have fireplaces, some have views but all have character. Ava liable for corporate run of property, bridal parties and other group functions this property goes above and beyond to make your stay special....

I stayed at the Tower Lodge late last year, after many years of hearing great things about it - it was simply somewhere I had to stay. It's a beautiful property, and in a great location at the Hunter. I must say I was extremely disappointed when we were shown to the room. I must take some responsibility, as the...

I have stayed at Tower Lodge several times and it has always delivered what I needed: A classy, peaceful retreat from the stresses of city life. The service is discreet but intensely personal. The abundance of precious antiques occasionally made me nervous I might break something, but most of the time it made me respect the handpicked quality of the...

As per the previous reviews, my fiance and I also face a similar situation. We are Hunter Valley locals who are getting married at Peppers next April, and had organised our wedding night (along with numerous family bookings) at Tower Lodge with the wedding co-ordinator. We did notice recently that Tower Lodge (winery, etc.) was up for sale, and we...

I stayed at Tower Lodge for a long weekend wedding in October 2013. I stayed in Room 3. The room was just gorgeous - far beyond my expectations. I saw a number of other rooms during my stay and all were equally as gorgeous. The accommodation was private, yet took advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast each day was a...

Arriving at Tower Lodge we were made to feel very welcome with a guided tour of the lodge & our room. We had been wine tasting and asked if we could get a shuttle bus or cab later to go to dinner (staff had pre booked for us) very quickly we were offered a lift by a staff member when...

From the welcoming on arrival to farewell wishes, the staff of Tower Estate ensured our stay was one to remember. They say it's the little things that make experiences unforgettable and I must say Tower are the masters. Afternoon tea following check in, champange before dinner, chaffeured to and from the restaurant and believe me I could go on! Just...

We were lucky enough to use Tower Estate as our wedding venue which included Tower Lodge, Peppers Convent and Roberts Restaurant. Most of the guests stayed at the convent which is beautiful but me and the bridesmaids stayed at Tower Lodge and let me tell you, this place is on a whole other level! Its like being in another country...

“- If you are a small party ask to eat dinner in the library. - If breakfast is set up inside ask them to set a table in the courtyard if its sunny! - Make sure you look after Paul he is a rock star! - Avoid Roberts its terrible now and go to Bistro Molines and get the real Roberts food.”
