We went to this Hotel as we got a deal through Groupon, we were expecting a nice hotel and were not disappointed.... This is a top rate 4 1/2 star hotel and it is eco friendly they generate more power than they use and have tanks for the pool and spa... also use recycled toilet paper.... One very pleasant surprise...

We stayed at the Observatory in April 2016 in a 2 bedroom apartment with a park and ocean view. The apt was a very generous size and because of its location at the end of the building we had a dual aspect of the north and south views. The bedrooms were very a good size with both having built-ins and...

Bowling club around corner although they were renovating when we were there. They offered a buffet for lunch and dinner for $26. We were in two bed apartment with all amenities very clean and spacious. We...

A few years ago I was raving to everyone how great this place was! Sad to say not much has been done to maintain the 5or 6 Star rating since then. The few rooms I saw look tired. In our room the washing machine and dryer did not work. It seems the cleaners are not going that extra mile anymore....

Doesn’t get any better than The Observatory! Have been coming here for years and we love it! Can’t get enough of the clear views and central location. Child friendly to the max, our home away from home.

Good location. The indoor pool was very good. We have nice breakfast in the balcony. The apartment has very large living area. Check in was easy. Would be good if we know whether there is lift access at the point of booking.
