Came across this motel just by chance as i couldn't get a bed in Port Maquarie and it was 10.30pm at night. The lady was extremely helpful and polite especially considering the time. Room was very well priced at $75.00. Shower was hot, bed was comfy and air con and tv worked fine. Room was a little bright from outside... More

We stopped at this motel a few kilometres north of Taree. We stayed in a standard room which has 2 beds a double and a single. The room was quite old but quiet, spacious, clean and smelled good. The room was cheaper than most of the motels in Taree. We had a trailer with us and their big parking was... More

My husband and I stayed at this motel last week. First thing we noticed was the price of $68 for a double room. Sure the building was quite old but the room was quiet and clean and staff was helpful. They were always there when you need them. We actually just wanted a double bed but we were surprised the... More

Stayed here recently out of sheer desperation as driver fatigue was kicking in and this was the last motel with vacanies before the highway. Only rooms available were 'family rooms' which bedding configuration consisted of a queen bed and two single beds. At $125 for the night it was quite overpriced for the standard of the rooms. Carpet was old... More

Well, we scraped rock bottom here as there was no where else in town with vacancies. The carpet was sticky and it smelt musty. Sheets were clean and it had hot water. But one hour in we had no power as a circuit had obviously tripped, so alas no more tv, fridge or bedside light. A convenient location just off... More

Stayed in this motel last week. It is a budget standard motel, it was quiet, friendly, clean and the staff are helpful. They even provided me with a simple family style meal despite their restaurant being closed at that time. It seemed to me to be a really good value stop and being situated only one minute from the Pacific... More

After seeing $69 standby rate & having to stop for the night due to driver fatigue we pulled into this motel. The carpet felt sticky & dirty. The lady at reception didn't even bother to turn the rap music down, so we could barely hear what she was saying. Bathroom was surprisingly clean & sheets felt fresh. There was a... More

Just stayed at Cundle Motel last Tuesday night, was heading for Tareefor the night when I saw this motel 1 klm from the northern Taree exit of the Pacific Highway with a sign out at $69 standby rate. My room 12B was fine. It is a old looking motel, the room was clean and tidy, bed excellent, the large shower... More

Have stayed here now and again over the decades, and have watched this motel go down hill. Due to the Kempsey floods, I was stuck in Taree for 4 days, the first night being spent here at Cundletown Motel. It would be nice if I could find just one positive nice thing to say about my stay here at this... More

We attended a wedding at Harrington. Due to no accommodation being available at Harrington I chose to stay at the Cundle Motel ad it was easy to get to the highway to Harrington. The room wax dirty. There was cobwebs in the room. Mould in the main bedroom on the ceiling and in the shower. I booked two rooms and... More
