Detailed Reviews
Pre booked (room 12 car park view) over the phone / $160 night (2 night stay).
We were arriving on a Sunday where the reception is closed, so accessed our room key via a key safe (simple to use).
We chose a car park view since we only used the motel to sleep.
Room:
Pretty small / tight for space around the bed.
Limited storage space.
Balcony area over looking the car park - noisy when people came and went.
Large fridge in the room - too big really, as a smaller bar fridge would take up less space.
Lamp by the bed side, but no plug socket.
No washing up liquid for the cups provided.
Comfy bed. However, there were display cushions and runner with stains on.
Full length mirror.
Bathroom:
Small!!
Shower curtain made the shower feel very tiny.
Poor flush on the loo.
However - a nice stay which we would use again. Decor pleasant.

Of all the places we’ve stayed on this trip, this was the most expensive at $130 for the night. More than what we paid in Brisbane where we also had full breakfast included in the price, laundry, 24/7 reception, 10 minute walk to Queen Street mall.
The positives were the clean, tidy room and very comfortable bed, off street parking, very friendly receptionist and a 2 minute walk to a very nice beach.
Negatives were the price and lack of a laundry. But that was it.
That the bathroom was very small, shower curtain did not prevent water ‘flooding’ the floor, no USB slots for charging USB devices, small potties of milk instead of a decent sized bottle were neither here nor there but worth knowing.
There is some traffic noise as the motel is right by a busy road, but it was negligible.
Unfortunately we struggled to find accurate online information on Wollongong accommodation and were forced to ‘settle’. Glad we did tho.

Stayed for 1 night - very clean accomodation and affordable. Great location so close to beach for a swim and cafes right on the beach. Staff very friendly and accomodating will return. Great off street parking, and no road noise we all slept really well.

Booked a family room for just one night, arrived early afternoon, absolutely belting it down with rain. Got into the room to discover water pouring in the window sills. Advised receptionist & were immediately put into another room.
Excellent facilities, an IceCube tray in freezer, & a decent hairdryer that didn’t cut out after 5 minutes use! Plenty of room, very comfortable bed, clean & tidy & close to all amenities. 5 min walk across park to beach & several cafes. Decided to stay another night & that was no problem at all. Highly recommended, & would stay here again, no problem. Very professional, friendly staff.

I don’t understand why Wollongong accommodations are generally so expensive. We booked in for one night and it cost us $350! I could’ve stayed in Hilton in Sydney for that price and this is a 3 star motel! The air con and the table lamp don’t work. There were wet patches on the wall, no lift to go up to level 3, we had to carry our luggage. That’s not the worse part, we couldn’t find a place to park in the motel when we return at night, as a matter of fact, there was no where to park nearby! We were surrounded on one side by active noisy young party-goers and constantly knocking on the door, talking loudly and making a lot of noise at 1am, then 2am and 4am! On the other side was the busy road with heavy traffic. My partner had ear plugs in and he got woken up through the night! We were so tired the next day and we had to drive home! It was the worst stay ever!

We booked a room here for 1 groomsman to sleep and the rest get ready in. They allowed us to check in 11am, which really helped us out.
Also, quite a few wedding guests stayed, due to price and location to the beach and wedding venue.
Thank you very much!

I paid for one night for July coming up totalling $147 and had to cancel 6 weeks out.I called and spoke to Nicole on Tuesday just gone politely asking for a refund of which she told me would take 5 to 10 business days to process which is absolutely rubbish.I politely called back today after sending three emails with no response.
I spoke to Nicole again today who now tells me that the payment is non refundable.
I asked for the Manager Natalie to call me back of which obviously haven't got the guts to do so!These people are totally incompetent, dishonest and would totally avoid this motel!

Upon arrival no one at reception at 10.30am so came back after 12pm and found reception open but no one there. The room lacked some basic things . Road noise was excessive and unable to sleep. Room size OK but bathroom was small.

This place was bordering on run down. No info on how to access wifi, a microwave but no cutlery or crockery. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, mould on tiles and hairs around toilet rim. There were 2 towels for 4 people and no blanket or doonah for the sofa bed and the condition of sofa was awful. There was only one pillow case for the spare pillows. The external areas were poorly maintained with broken seats. We expected a beach view however there was none. At $360 for the night it was most unsatisfactory.

Less than 1km about 2 minute walk :)
