Stayed here for a few weeks prior to a house sit, owners were very accommodating, and went out of their way to help us (with our broken trailer especially ) Park was well maintained and amenities were all very clean, would recommend this park to anyone wanting to stay in the Bundaberg area.

This is a KUI park which basically is aligned to the grey nomad traveller. The KUI brand of park offers clean and well maintained facilities and good management practices. There are no jumping castles, the swimming pool was not being used so it was closed. The sites are level and there are permanent residents in the park who are very...

Di and PUl are great hosts. Park and amenities are well kept and clean. There are a lot of permanents but they are very friendly. Unfortunately the park is on the main road and there is a lot of road noise, even through the night.

It's a lovingly maintained park, older but spotless ablutions and you will be made very welcome by the owners. There are an abundance of long term residents all of whom are talkative and friendly as best we know. We would come back, exception the road noise very close to our allocated site which only afforded us a few hours sleep....

This place is the best caravan park I have ever been in. Its also one of the cleanest and tidiest as well. Its not overpriced (first time I have ever said this). The owners are hospitable, responsible and very hardworking. They are also very accomodating, my husband was hospitalised for a week with a heart problem the day after we...

Located on the outskirts of the town centre and caters mostly to permanent residents. There were only a couple of others camping in the same area as us - an Australia guy who'd been living there for 7 weeks and a few Germans who were working on nearby farms. Because they'd been there a while they'd completely taken over the...

We are two backpackers who came to Bundaberg to look for work, and were sent from one farm to the next one, and everyone pretty much told us to go to a working hostel where we would have had to pay 190-210$ a week without being certain about getting a job. So naturally we were going to leave Bundaberg again...

IMO: Poor! I will never go to this park ever again! Reasons: Permanents seem to be anti-social and paranoid to others who are not permanents eg: Tourists, backpackers, campers. Staff seem to value permanents over other visitors to the park. Try to be friendly and helpful to permanents and other tourists and get told by staff not to bother them...

We (family) will stay at the Oakwood Caravan Park again. It's very economical in comparison to the town prices and we found it comfortable and relaxing. For us the relatively small distance from town is not a worry and the savings make it more than worthwhile. The unit was comfortable, spacious and newly painted/curtained. The units are a fence away...

Having spent one night in Bundaburg in the local authority site (we could only get one night), where the cabin backed onto both the river AND the main highway the I-centre got us accommodation at Oakwood for 2 nights. In the end we stayed 4. OK, like most sites it is on a main road, in this case that from...
