My husband and I decided to eat here tonight unaware that it was St Patrick's Day. Fortunately for us there was a St Patrick's Day special with a choice of four meals - $20 for two meals so I choose the cottage pie and my husband chose the roast pork served with mashed potato with cabbage, carrots and zucchini. The...

Dined at this Hotel. Had a lovley steak dinner, Both meals cooked to perfection, great service ..... Only niggle .... Lovley steak was topped with what tasted like maggi gravey. It really deserved a home made sauce in my opinion. Beautiful sweets too

My husband and I both ordered the 200g rump steak from their daily specials board for $13. We had chips and salad with this. We ordered steak to be cooked medium rare and it was presented perfectly. Very reasonably sized steak, delicious & juicy. The two young female staff were very friendly and always had a smile. We would certainly...

We had burgers for tea, they were delicious and it wasn't a huge wait between ordering and receiving our food. The place was buzzing and it was just a good friday night chill. Would happily...

Took a trip to Bundy for a look around on Saturday 20th August and came across the Grand hotel, decided to pop in for a meal and what a little gem that turned out to be. I ordered the pork belly and my wife had the crumbed lamb cutlets, the servings were huge and absolutely scrumptious, it would have to...

I'm reviewing the restaurant, not the accommodation. I believe hotel is under new management. My meal, pollo fungi was very tasty and plentiful, loved the kumera mash. Chicken tenderloins delicious and cooked beautifully. Really wanted to order the cheese and garlic bread but knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. Might have to come back for lunch and get...

Allow at least 4 months to get your days done guys! Bad weather or end of seasons at farms or just random decisions by farmers means you get a fair few days off. We finished our days with 6 days left on our 1st year! The Grand is partly owned with Dingo Blue hostel which is 10 minute walk away,...

As tourists, we called into this hotel for lunch and it was very good. The two of us shared the chicken wings and garlic with cheese bread, both were extremely tasty, the best wings we have ever tasted. Prices were very reasonable and meals were of very generous proportions. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly.
