We stayed here as an overnight stop after a long day of travelling. linda, the receptionist, was very helpful and accomodating in our request for a quiet room. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The little kitchenette with microwave was very useful. All amenities were provided to make for a very restful overnight stay....

This was our overnight stop before taking off on the trail of Burke & Wills. It was clean and comfortable, and very well appointed. A great night's sleep saw us fit and ready for the next day's adventures. We had a very good meal there in the evening, too. Recommended.

We have 2 rooms with door open in middle for kids! Due to long travels on road we were moved into back quite corner away from trucks noise! Discounted on both rooms for 2 nights! Staff friendly caring and very helpful! It feels like home away from home! Thank you

Booked a Queen for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were advised that because it was a bit quiet we were upgraded to a King. Needless to say we were ecstatic. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Undercover parking was provided right outside the front door. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Travelling solo from Darwin to Cairns in my little Toyota Yaris, with no cruise control and just getting over a broken ankle meant short driving sessions. Stopped at Mt Isa whilst I decided which way to go - the tried route or the Burke & Wills route. Pulled into the Spinifex and although a bit more expensive than I wanted...

When you are working far away from home and welcoming hotel room is worth more than the price paid. Spinifex apartments were outstanding. Clean, bottled water in the fridge, tea and coffee, Foxtel, air conditioned AND a TV in every room. Nice change as most apartments fail to account for adults sharing apartment accommodation - not just families. All staff...

Excellent, clean, good facilities and food and excellent staff. Good value for money. Laundry is clean and dryers are free. Good location on main street. Have stayed there twice now and it is consistently excellent.

Stayed at Spinifex 1 night with a friend who was working in Mount Isa, I can definitely say that after driving for two days I was very happy with their accommodation. The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the staff we met were lovely and helpful with any questions I had. Nicest place in Isa, would definitely stay...

stayed for 2 weeks in the serviced apartments at the back of the motel. Linda on reception was very helpful. Apartments have good aircon , large fridge, good sized washing machine and drier and a kitchen that is more than adequate to cook meals in. Also have a library to swap books and a collection of current and old DVDs...

This motel is very well located just a short walk to Outback Isa and the underground hospital. Shops just a bit further. However, there is no trading on Sundays...so be warned. Our room is very spacious with a king size bed and a complete set of crockery and cutlery, microwave and iron and ironing board. The restaurant on the premises...
