I have stayed here twice now and each time has been a very positive experience. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you need from a coffe maker through to a shoe shing kit. Air conditioning /heating is very quiet. Breakfast room service is excellent and food is delivered hot, which is not always the case. My test is poached eggs on toast, if this can be delivered with warm toast and eggs then it meets what I expect.....it does this perfectly. Stay and see what you think. The only downside are showers over the spa baths that are a bit tricky to get into because of their size, the bathrooms are large and well presented.

When i stay in a hotel i don't ask for much. I just want a comfortable bed and a good shower and this hotel has both. It's modern, it's sheets feel fresh and such a refreshing change from the usual hotel experience which we all know is a rock hard mattress and sheets as starched as cardboard. Good help at the front desk to.

This place is fantastic. Modern facility, great location with shopping center across the road, reliable wifi with no extra cost, roomy, ability to open back door and let some fresh country air through, great parking, strong shower, comfy bed, friendly staff, great sound proofing. Plenty of other hotels could learn from these guys. Highly recommended.

I had to spend a week Toowoomba and I had stayed at the hotel before The hotel is modern and the rooms are large and well appointed. The free wifi in my room was the best I've had in any Australian hotel. The restaurant is also good with friendly and helpful wait staff. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend that you ask for a room as far from the roads possible as the truck noise could be annoying to a light sleeper

Nice, modern, clean, spacious - a comfortable king size bed in each bedroom and a single bed in the main area. A full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. We were on the second floor away from the street, so no noticeable traffic noise - very quiet. The rooms have dim lighting, but not a problem for us. The ensuite is clean and modern with a good shower. No issues at all and good value.

This is a really great hotel, however the only let down is that if you get a room close to the road you will most likely hear every truck, car and motorcycle that passes by. I have stayed here several times now and the rooms at the far back are better as they are quieter. Everything however is clean and tidy which is what you would expect of such a new hotel. The hotel staff are excellent and the restaurant serves very good food. Restaurant waitress who serves you in the morning does a great job and really makes you feel welcome.

room, amenities and location were all fine. Until i was woken at 12:30am by a false fire alarm which involved have to wake my 2.5 year old and 5 year old out of bed and into the carpark into 2 degree temperatures. My 2.5 year old decided not to go back to sleep until 4 am making my next day a living hell. Whilst fire alarms go off...i understand that, the hotel only offered us a late check out of which we could take up because we had to leave by 9:30am. I just cant believe there was a reduction or reimbursement of part of the tariff or even a voucher to breakfast. All we got when we checked out was the office lady telling me that lucky there wasnt really a fire because you would have had to leave the hotel. Yeah....thanks.

Stayed one night in the Hotel during June 16. Room was very modern and well presented, great bed and large TV. Has all the modern conveniences within the room. I stayed in the back rooms and it was very quite. Could not see any undercover parking, but plenty of open car spaces. Only criticism was the breakfast, slow service within the restaurant

I booked here because of nearly all of its rooms having king sized beds, as opposed to other motels etc. where the equivalent is a queen/single twin. The place did not disappoint; good sized rooms with decent bathrooms. Plenty of T.V. channels to choose from, free wi-fi that is actually fast, tea/coffee, decent sized fridges. Soap/shampoo/moisturiser readily available via dispensers. Oh, and the bed itself was comfortable. Location wise it's about a ten-minute drive from Toowoomba CBD. It's also directly across the road from a major shopping centre & being close to two service stations, there are no issues fueling up your mode of transport. What impressed me by far was the sheer professionalism of the team members: the cleaners who handed in my lost phone charger. The

This place is ok. Clean and comfy. Do not bother to eat in the restaurant. Over cooked steak. Burnt pork belly. And wait staff that can not mix drinks to save themselves. Warm beer and crap cocktails. Long wait even on drinks.
