Good location close enough to the shops and restaurants, and has a good restaurant in house. It is close to the post office that has a clock tower that chimes the hour and every quarter hour so if you are a light sleeper you will need the earplugs. Could do more to recognise the Le Club Accor hotel members, and...

Dear Steve, Thanks for your review and positive comments about our location and restaurant. We are only a few blocks from the centre of the city so provide ear plugs in case the hour chime on the post office clock affects light sleepers. Depending on our guest's Le Club membership level we do provide wifi, welcome drink, bottled water and...

The Sebel Launceston is a first rate, nice place to stay in Launceston. It is comfortable and sports rooms that are large. Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. Although I would not consider The Sebel a luxury hotel, it is a perfectly situated upscale place to stay ...

All rooms are suites at the Sebel consequently our accommodation was very big for a city hotel and comfortable. The hotel is very well situated for exploring Launceston and for visiting the gorge. We would like to give a special mention to the ladies who served breakfast. They were so cheerful and friendly and the cooked breakfast specialities on both...

Pleasant hotel, close to all attractions. Small library in lobby. Rooms are like Junior Suites. Little kitchenette, with coffee maker. What else to write to get to 200 characters ??? Hmm, now at 197, almost there

Clean and modern rooms with excellent facilities and close to everything. Staff were very helpful and efficient. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had all the facilities for a longer stay even though we only had one night. Will definitely be back.

The rooms are great. The bed is very comfortable. There is a small and well equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby so you can cook and save money. However the Launceston restaurants are fantastic so cooking is not necessary. This is a good base to explore northern Tasmania.

This hotel could be so much better. It is in a great location and our room was very nice and large. The building has obviously been built cheaply as you can here noises from the rooms next to you. Dear Julie, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry you experienced issues with noise from the next door room. Helpful staff and decent enough room but nothing close to good enough for the price, no breakfast included, I've stayed in similar hotels for half the price across Australia, also do not stay in a room at the front of the hotel, the clock tower ringing keeps you up all night, always ask for a rear room whatever you do!
