On first impression upon entering the room looked spacious and clean, however this was soon removed when walking into the bathroom to find a shower full of dirt and hair. The toilet did not flush properly and became blocked. The stairwell was not lit properly and was dark and creepy. The rooms were so noisy and you could hear every...

We found the rooms to be very spacious and comfortable with everything that you need for a home away from home. The spa bath was incredible, just what we needed. Lovely views and within a nice short walk to the city centre.

This was a large, rather shabby apartment. The windows were dirty. The window sills were dusty and contained a number of dead flies. There was a balcony which looked dirty and was right next to the walk way, so there was no privacy (Or security) at all, so it was pretty much unusable. There was a cupboard with a dirty...

Not going to diss the place. We had a few issues, they've been sorted by management after they were informed and very thankful to get the feedback one on one. Traffic was noisy but because I come from a country town with little to no traffic, of course I'm going to think it's noisy.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment during the summer holidays for two nights. To be honest I had read quite a few bad reviews about this place and was hesitant to book, but we took a punt and we are glad we did. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and...

We booked a one room apartment and were offered an up grade that we took, to a 2 bedroom apartment. However the 2 bedroom apartment was over the main street and very noisy. Most places like this have a high quality glass that blocks noise from the street, not these units. The view was lovely but there was no veranda...

We booked through Wotif for a family of four. Upon arrival we are told Wotif stuffed up and that the room booked was not happening. We got "upgraded" to a spa room with no table, a shower that was broken, and full size dirty black hand prints on the wall (check picture). After we explained that we needed new towels...

Do not stay here. It was absolutely horrible. My fiancé and I stayed here for one horrible night. The bed was so uncomfortable and old, I had a spring sticking into my side all night. There was no air con even though the room said there was one and the Windows had no fly wire so we couldn't even leave...

What a disappointment our accommodation turned out to be. We stayed here last year as well and thats the reason we returned. The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been cleaned with someone else's hair still there. We had fresh towels the first day and apparently they are not changed on weekends unless we asked which is noted...

Am very sorry these guests were disappointed with their accommodation. They stayed here for 3 days.Had they come to us 1st up we would certainly have investigated their issues. There should have been an information folder in their room and I am sorry that that was not the case. This has now been rectified as has all other issues. There had been a...
