Absolute nightmare..aircon doesn’t work..bathroom drains are blocked of a so called Executive Spa Suit…no one seems to care..front office sucks..no one even dare to share the email IDs of the property manager..surprised to know they don’t inspect the electricals of the room before letting it out to their guests…it’s been more than a day the front desk was notified about the aircon issue..they r still trying to get someone from maintenance..no one else can do nothing other then a maintenance person hilarious and their is none in house..inspite of they knowing about the occupants older age and sensitive health conditions they didn’t bother to consider this as an emergency request..instead they had been suggesting us to adjust and move the occupants to other rooms…wwooowww…. Attention management of The Lakes Bellevue..time to wake up folks..

We stayed at Bellevue for one night in a family room. These rooms are all located at the very front of the hotel, close to the water, a lovely atrium (full of plants), reception and the cafe/bar area. The room was bright and airy, extremely clean, and spacious enough (just!) for our family of 4 & our two suitcases. The experience was positive enough that we re-booked another a couple of nights a few days later. This time we booked a 2-bed apartment and this experience was very different. All of the apartments are located at the back of the property (also right by the water) and are in a much older building. We were in a ground floor apartment, Number 4, and could hear every footstep, tap & chair scraping from the apartment upstairs, as well as voices. The family weren't being overly noisy - there is just clearly no soundproofing, and this really disrupted our sleep. Our windows all overlooked either another apartment's balcony or bedroom - terrible layouts, meaning we had to keep our blinds closed when getting dressed etc & had no real privacy during the day. There were a lot of paint scuffs on the walls and wear & tear in the apartment - and overall it felt like a cheap cabin rather than a hotel experience. This would be fine if it had been priced and marketed as such, but it wasn't. I will say that the apartment was extremely clean - the cleaning team is clearly great! - and we appreciated having plenty of towels and rubbish bags/laundry powder/shampoo etc etc. Overall: Would stay again in a family room if passing through Lakes Entrance, definitely wouldn't book one of their apartments or recommend them to others. There are much better apartment-style options in the area for the cost. Also worth noting that they don't have an outdoor pool & their indoor pool looks in real need of maintenance.

I enjoyed the mesmerising views from my room. Very nice and clean everything. Staff was good and services were great. Heated Pool and spa were awesome. Easy access to everything shops, lake, boat hire, beach access and almost everything.

Great location with good rooms, service was great. Cafe on site was good for breakfast. Easy walk to town and there is a lovely pub (serves good food) just 10 minutes away. Was impressed with Lakes Entrance as we haven't been there for 8 years. Will return

For the reputation and price I paid for the top room I expected much better. Service from staff was lukewarm. Didn’t really feel welcomed. Room was clean but too noisey internally at night. Poor sleep quality and worn mattresses. Windows not clean and much maintenance required in rooms. Broken tiles in shower, shower head dirty, paint coming of various areas within room. Will not recommend this motel
