Stayed here and ate at the restaurant and despite some of the negative comments that are here, I found this to be one of the better places to stay and eat in Lakes Entrance. The room was good; bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious, clean and in good condition. The reception person was pleasant and offered us all assistance. We...

Unfortunately this was not a great night for us with appallingly bad service and a steak for $34 that was sent back not once but twice. That together with a very rude manger and waiter...has ensured we will never return or continue to send guests as we have been doing. Disgusting place. They need to up their bedside manner and...

We were made aware of your 'experience' with us the next morning by our manager and staff. Your 'blue' Scotch fillet was cooked as requested the first time, and a second steak cooked for you also when you insisted it was not to your liking. You also thought the steak was an Eye Fillet, where on the menu it clearly...

Stayed here for 1 night en route to Sydney. We had room number 1. Not having stayed in a motel before we were surprised by how spacious the room was. There is a kitchenette, free tea & coffee facilities. Toiletries, hairdryer. The room comprised of a double bed and a single bed so good for people travelling with children. We...

We went to The Central Bistro for our anniversary dinner. We had a table near a window in the Bistro area (the Atrium is nice but better if you're in a group, as it can be a bit more noisy with the high ceilings) and we were able to look out over the water which was nice. Our meal was...

Stayed here for 1 night. Decent size room, clean & comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Clean pool but cold! Good location for exploring about lakes entrance. The lighting in the room was poor, needed a lamp or something!

For the price we paid for the accommodation here, we certainly can not complain. The room was clean, fairly modern and most of all it was comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great location as well, located on the main road in Lakes Entrance and within easy walking distance of most things. The meals in the pub downstairs...

The lunch menu is great value for money-- meals were delicious everyone enjoyed their meals--it has outstanding waterfront views and that alone makes it a great place to eat- yes it is a pub but still good value

Room was comfortable as such! 1 queen ,1 single bed. No electric blankets. No extra pillows or blankets in cupboard as we were told!! Kettle toaster and crockery but no microwave, even though there was plenty of room for it. Heating needs to up dated!! Bathroom has been updated and is good. Large crack (hole) in roof above single bed...

The Central Hotel Motel is on the main street as you drive into Lakes Entrance. The peaceful atmosphere of the broadwater is just across the road. Its within easy walking distance of shops & cafes & the 'Pub' of course. The room was basic, a comfortable bed, ensuite, kettle for tea & coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly &...

We have just survived the 1st night in one of their rooms. And we Still have one more night to go. The air con doesn't work, but makes a lot of noise. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, pillows way too soft, rooms to tiny. There is a car park behind the motel and at night you can hear cars...
