The bedding and pillows were nice and comfy, the bedside tables were in need of repair, the bathrooms were nice but it took a long time to get hot water, maybe because we were on the top 5th floor?? the 2 bedroom apartment was classed as a "deluxe" we classed it as a standard apartment, but it was nice and clean. there were no blockout curtains in the lounge, fortunately the bedroom curtains were blockout. Parking was a pain trying to manoeuvre around the underground brick pillars in a small area making it difficult to open the car doors. Don't expect to eat breakfast in the restaurant as they only serve toasted sandwiches which are expensive, we didn't have an evening meal in the restaurant as the menu only had a limited selection and again very expensive. All in all a good place to stay.

We stayed here for 7 days and the views were beautiful but for a one bedroom apartment to only have a double bed was below average. It would have been nice to have a queen bed or king bed. Service at the restaurant downstairs was good however only two staff running the whole restaurant they were run off their feet and they sit times were over an hour.

We only stayed 1 night but would happily stay again when we return to Lakes Entrance. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was nice and the shower good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the view was good. Secure undercover parking was also handy.

Stayed for 2 nights with my son in a one bedroom apartment with 2 king single beds. Room was great, full kitchen & washing machine, full bathroom with shower & bath, Lounge with 2 couches and tv. Balcony of the bedroom with nice view of the lakes. HOWEVER, the beds were horrible! Hard as a rock with sheets that didnt fit and the mattress protector was thinner than the sheet. No support, no softness, the floor was comfier than the bed.

We had two nights in a hotel room here, which was all they had left when we booked. It was a bit small, but it was only two nights. It was well appointed. Book in was very easy, booking out was even simpler. The amenities are very good, the staff are very good, and will get you anything you want. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant food was really tasty and very good sized portions. The wine list is not great, but quite OK for the menu. Its also very conveniently located.

Great location. Suggest you book apartment that has better resources then hotel room. Also need to find local laundromat as none available on site. Unfortunately only one towel provided each for a week so take towels.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was a good size and it was well appointed with a nice view looking out to the water. We love that they have lifts which made it easy to get ourselves and our gear up to the first floor. Things in the town are only a short walk away. This was a good experience and we’d happily stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and 1 bedroom apartment. Enjoyed the Illuka Day Spa, meals and happy hour at the onsite restaurant. Even able to charge our electric car! Recommend and we will be back with friends.

Great location and views. There was a pretty significant problem with the room that took multiple trips to the front desk to get assistance but eventually, we were moved into another room, although much smaller.
