All over experience was great, the food and service is amazing. I really appreciate the coordination of the crystal villa team. Snorkelling was the most beautiful experience I ever had from Maldives. Our grade Mr.Ravindo has provided good service. He take us into coral reefs, sharks zone and helps us to see giant tortoise, ray fish through underwater more over that helps to provide underwater videos and photos which really worthy…….hats off for your service Mr.Ravindo………..

I can’t recommend this place because we didn’t get the standard we booked for. First we received a room with view to the houses but they told us it’s a sea view. Then we changed to crystal villa. Don’t go there!They have a problem with bed bugs. The bathroom was in a very poor condition. Dusty smell of the bed. You can’t sleep because bugs are there in the matrace. The food is every day almost the same. The only thing what was good we could cancel for free after we could not sleep because of the bed bugs. I really can’t recommend this place.

Best value for the best price that all I have to say about Crystal Sands Hotel and Villa! There is only good things to say about my stay at Crystal Sands. From Jack the reservation manager to all the way to the boat crew, front desk team, kitchen staff and rest of the team. Hats off to these people who helped with our stay and made it pleasant like Jack, Mamun, Shareef ,Manta, Balal, Musharf and everyone who I don’t know the names of but had a small part on making our stay wonderful. Located at a very scenic location , the hotel is clean provides a great hospitality , the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food had excellent choices , Thank you everyone for making our stay so wonderful.
