Very good atmosphere! Very nice location and personnel. Maafushi is a fantastick island that worth visiting every year. Great people everywhere you go. The guys at the hotel where always very helpful. A minus is represented by the room doors which have a spring and when you release the door it really make a powerfull noise from the slamming.

nice and tidy clean room cant complain at all, receptionists and hotel people super friendly, the only think that i didnt like, we asked to checkout late, the room was available but they insisted to check out at 6:30 am before our activities and use the spa bathroom to shower after. We told them that we were gonna pat for the late checkout but still didnt give us the room

Very nice hotel closeby the bikini beach with a stunning sea view. The bed, facilities and all the facilities are really good. The staff is wonderful. Meals are really tasty and with a good selection of dishes. We love this hotel.

We stayed at Triton Prestige for four nights. On our check out, the receptionist guy Muhtho asked us to wait at Reception for their check-out inspection. They have put a long list in room booklet where they have mentioned damage prices of each and every thing of room at insane rates. To our suprise, they claimed that there are 02 stains: One on bedsheet and One on Towel, which they think comes under damage and we have to pay for that. This was absolutely unacceptable and we argued that it's not damage as they are totally washable green tea stains. We said we are not going to pay a penny for this unfair claim, But they persisted as if it was their customary way of making money. We demanded that we want to meet the Manager Hussain but they made him unapproachable. They kept us waiting for two hours and then came a new guy named Shiam claiming he is Operations Manager. He tried to be aggressive with us right from the beginning. He threatened that we will not release you as we were his captives. He further threatened that the 62$ airport speed boat which unfortunately we had booked with Triton would be missed by us and we will have to rehire. We ruined the moment we booked this return speed boat with them trusting their initial Manager Hussain who was now nowhere to be seen and not contactable; Eventually, we had to give in to their haggle, as we were worried that we may miss our return speed boat. We paid them 15$ for a mere towel stain. Pictures of receipt are enclosed. The staff is highly unprofessional and stingy. Rooms and breakfast are good though, but they ruin your stay at check-in and check-out by making as much money out of the customer as much possible through whatsoever unfair means they can, so beware visitors!

Made high price booking for 2 adults and 3 kids upon recommendation by Bookings.com, then confirmed by hotel 4 months prior - only to arrive at hotel room with beds suitable for 4 pax. False sales/ marketing! Super deluxe sea view room a total scam and actually means crap side view of public beach and garbage disposal site way back. Family travellers beware, stay elsewhere! Uncooperative and unfriendly day staff with poor day service, despite excellent friendly night staff. 1 day front office staff tried to explain that the national age of minors is <12, despite me teaching him Maldives and International law which is <18. Other luxuries here include: TV only plays 1 channel, bath basin blocked each use, balcony door lock broken, and fridge may well be an oven. Not worth effort easing with day staff…

I stayed 7 nights there. It was generally nice except two things. First, there were too many flies at the restaurant during breakfast. Second, there was a sewage smell in the toilet. I stayed in the Triton Spa Hotel (the other hotel but under the same hotel group) last time and it also had the sewage smell in the toilet. I believe there is something to do with the plumbing. It probably does not install a u trap in the toilet plumbing. Hope the hotel will fix it.

Friendly staff, always help, good talk. They are always around, if you need something, so you can easily solve your issue. They did not sell smth extra as in some other places. Very clean and comfortable room. I liked the massage and scrubbing in their spa, Also the guys do tours, don’t need to seek outside, the price the same in whole island. The hotel doesn’t have their own beach, but you have a chance to see the sunrise not far from the hotel; it gets only 7 mins to get to the bikini beach. Thanks to the guys for my amazing holidays. I will return and choose you again

UNETHICAL IN THEIR DEALINGS. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM A HOTEL IN THE MALDIVES. I’m sitting in the Triton as I speak. Feel I’ve been scammed. I made a booking for their premium interconnecting rooms and they gave me a room that was NOT PREMIUM AT ALL. I’m sure they are aware of the fact they’ve robbed me in broad daylight because I paid a bomb for this trip and the room. But to sell me something other than what was promised is super unethical, cheap and not in anyway expected of a group that claims to be in hospitality for the last 15 years.
