I have to describe our experience as absolutely spectacular! It was so great that I need to bullet point why Arena hotels is the place to stay when in Maafushi: - Before we even arrived they supported us kindly and promptly getting the documentation for switching between islands (now required due to covid 19) - We were upgraded to a better room and were warmly welcomed by the hotel personal. The room was beautifully decorated and had the most amazing view. - The excursions of the hotel are the best. They are guided by locals and Tikey and Sopey are amaaaazing! We made the half day tour and the whale shark tour and both were fantastic experiences! Everybody is very kind, friendly and they will make sure you get the perfect shot 😍📸 - The food is soooooo good!! 🍲💯 - The beach in front of the hotel is fantastic and the view from the room and the infinity pool are unbelievable - The personnel is so attentive and friendly. They really made sure that our stay was a dream holiday. Fazit: Best place to stay 💯♥️ we will definitely come back!…

The hotel building is located at most beautiful beach of the island, one can enjoy the beach from the balcony or a few steps from it's main doors. View from the rooms are breath taking. However, they made check in very cumbersome! You'll have to fill up a form and they'll allow entry one by one, which took almost an hour in our case, hotel crews seems really inefficient and careless about guests. The terrible thing was checkout! They force us out of the hotel prior eight hours of our flight saying if we would not catch the boat by eight am. we shall miss our flight which was scheduled at 3:40 pm and the attendant who was supposed to escort us to the Maafushi jetty leave without us. She was too rude on us. Why that? That day I had to wait at valena airport for more than seven hours with my wife and our son. Although it was a great disappointment with Arena Hotel, we enjoyed a lot of the excursion program, to me Maldives is paradise!…

The location is great and view from the balcony is fantastic. Recommendation to take a room with an ocean view. The rooms were good and staff was friendly. There are many choices of food and the food is excellent. It is possible to pay by card. The hotel offers the possibility for many activities and day trips.

Hotel in very good and services are nice,staff are nice behaviour. All good experience. Adriano from arena is very good gyu he look after us and we enjoy all the trips. ..i recommend all people come to Maldives, take excursions from arena center very cheaper and nice experience

The beach hotel itself is located at the nice side of the island. However if you are not from the hotel, do not go there to book any trips. They will treat you like second class people. For us for example we did the fishing trip. Afterwards there should be dinner where we could eat the fish that we caught (we caught quite many!). We got the food served after all the hotel guests were done with eating and many of us were placed at tables that were at a much worse spot. Furthermore, our fish and rice was cold. We booked a second trip with the hotel and the same situation occurred: when the boat was full (since it was overbooked) we were the only passengers that had to leave the boat and had to wait for the next boat that arrived around 1,5h later. At least we got one free drink as an excuse. Overall we really can not recommend the hotel. Also, Maafushi is really not a nice place overall. You will see a big prison and a huge garbage dump at the back side of the island, we went to Fulidhoo and it was paradise compared to Maafushi! It was cheaper, the beaches were nicer and you could snorkel at a reef just outside the hotel.…

We just came back from Maafushi Arena. Everything was excellent- room, view, service, food. Special praise goes to Riyad,the heart and soul od their beach bar. Polite and wonderful person, always smiling and always at your service.

It was great time with my family it was the best vacation we spend it there and a lot of fun with Ahmed in fact he do alot of things in the hotel like aqua gym it was fantastic and danc lessons and volley bool and the best fire show thanks Ahmed for your effort and your time that make us enjoy and definitely we will back again thank for arena team and for the fire man from Egypt ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was in Maafushi the last 10 days, and it was an amazing trip, I stayed on Arena in a room with sea view and it was very clean and beautiful. I wanna say big thanks for the Instructor (HUSSAIN) for help and support at my first time of trying water sports. As I’m scared of anything related to swimming because of childhood trusting issues, I wasn’t imagine that one day I could trust someone on this part, it’s meant a lot for me. Thank you HUSSAIN for the Jet Ski experience and Parceling feel on the air ! The next time I’ll come to dive, and I’ll be a good swimmer 🏊♂️🤍 😉
