The location was spectacular and the hosts went over and above to ensure we knew all the right spots to visit and that we were comfortable. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Margaret River

We stayed 2 nights in this lodge - the 9 lodges are on a small lot but the design and landscaping right next to the forest makes it feel bigger. The rooms are well appointed with toaster dishes chopping board fridge etc. as well as the usual tea making facilities. No meals other than continental b'fast on site but that...

We stayed only for one night, but would love to have stayed longer. Owners were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, quiet rooms and wonderful breakfast with as much coffee and tea as you like. Local produce to eat was fantastic, especially the bread and cheeses. Recommend it highly. Will be back hopefully .

We stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas 2016 as a family of four in 2 rooms. The hotel location was great with an easy walk into town and with many walking trails nearby. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and kindly gave us a box of chocolates on Christmas day. The breakfast if local grown produce was fantastic. Rooms...

Great place just out of town. Short walk to the city centre. Room was exactly as advised. Having breakfast included was also a welcome surprise. Hosts were very helpful & gave some great suggestions on places to go. Would definitely go back.

Lovely peaceful location. Our room overlooking the forest at the back was the perfect place to wind down plus the hotel location being close to MR township made everything within walking distance. Our hosts were friendly and provided us with all the info we needed to help make our stay an enjoyable one. Many thanks Paul and Helen

We loved Heritage Trail Lodge. We booked two rooms for three nights. Terry, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The large rooms are newly remodeled with a big spa tub and a beautiful lounge chair. We requested a baby crib and that was set up nicely for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast- all local fruits and cheeses. We...

Great place to stay, so very welcoming and excellent hospitality. We will be coming back as our trip was too short! WE were walked to our room and given a great run down of the area and the facilities and things to do around town.

We went to Heritage Trail lodge with our newborn baby and it was the perfect place to stay. Central to town but just far away enough that it felt peaceful and as if we were in the middle of the rainforest. The breakfast was brilliant and the hotel had everything we needed and could hope to have! The staff were...
