This guest house is well appointed, well located and has everything you would expect from a luxury guest house. However it is the warm hospitality of James and Jo that set this establishment apart from others- they genuinely love what they do and are the consummate hosts. James' breakfasts are legendary and sitting around the communal breakfast table with the...

We loved staying here, we had 5 nights of peaceful luxury in one of the loveliest environments. James and Joanna are amazing hosts and welcomed everyone into their gorgeous home. The other guests (3 rooms) were equally delightful and breakfasts around the communal table were not only wonderful but also very entertaining! The local kangaroos and birdlife (and the bandicoot)...

I stayed here for 3 nights while in the Margaret River area and I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Jo and James (with Lilly the dog of course) not only have a guest house, but also a place of serenity in the bush. The rooms, and there are only 3, so I would advise to book early,...

We recently stayed four nights at Llewellin and had the most enjoyable time. Our hosts were so nice and friendly that at the end of the stay we felt as if we were staying with friends! We loved the place so much because....... 1. Location - It's only around 5kms from Margaret River town and yet in such a quiet...

Our hosts, Joanna and James provided us with a home away from home on our recent three night stay in Margaret River. We wouldn't normally choose a B&B, but their home provided us the perfect escape from the normal hustle and bustle of a hotel, and smooth entrée to the beautiful Margaret River region. Although we had wild weather during...

Piped music, a welcoming fire and Lily the dog to greet us - we knew we were in for a treat! It is a long time since we found ourselves in such tranquil surroundings. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows available. The ensuite was modern and spotlessly clean. It goes without saying that...

I had a wonderful two nights here with James and Jo, and all the reviews I read prior were spot on! I totally agree with a two night minimum stay, you can't help but unwind quickly with the forest right outside your doorstep, with nature sending you into a deep and invigorating sleep. My suite was gorgeous, it had plenty...

We stayed here because of the reviews on trip advisor and it didn't disappoint! Everything you would want from a b&b. James & Joanna were lovely and gave us a great itinerary for the day! The Breakfast is amazing and plus if you're lucky you'll see some wallabies towards dusk.

We have just had a very relaxing 3 night stay with Joanna & James. What a marvellous breakfast!!! Delicious food cooked by James and beautifully presented. Slightly different each day and top quality. Best breakfast ever. The rooms were pleasantly outfitted and the bathroom new, large and clean. Shared guest fridge on the verandah is a great idea to stop...
