Started off a nice stay, friendly staff and close to town. Went to the gym the morning we were leaving, came back to use the shower(rather sweaty) and go at 10:45.....as I stepped in the shower the lady owner called me out and demanded we leave as checkout is 10 and was adamant we'd been told this. We hadn't been...

This review makes us very sad. It is common knowledge that check out time is 10am for everyone (as per signs) & if you are not sure, simply ask. We should not have ask guests to leave at 11am (while we are trying to clean), as they should have already left.

Located in the city, does not offer much green. Instead lots of concrete is available around. The staff is very friendly though very much insisting on checkout before 10am (I was told this 3 times). Infrastructure OK. No free WiFi.

I stayed here some time ago, in a caravan, in a permanent situation. This was about 8 years ago, and i am hoping that the place has changed ownership since then. I was moved in to a one of the rooms where the walls are concrete. i think i ended up staying two weeks. There was alot of noise during...

How to respond to a review from so long ago?? All our permanent caravans have been removed over the years (with the last one going about 2 years ago), to make sites for more overnight tourists. One main focus for us, is quietness especially at night while people are sleeping, therefore we installed a vehicle gate about 6 years ago...

We used this facility on the first part of our trip to New Zealand and must say that we were very pleased with the facilities that were provided. We had two small apartments which had all the required equipment that we wanted. It is a ten minute walk into the town itself but be be aware that during the winter...

Lovely camp ground. We stayed there overnight in our campervan. The owner was very friendly and even gave us a tour around the premises. Everything is decorated and painted, which makes it even nicer. The kitchen is clean and there is a lounge with a TV. The bathrooms are also clean and has hot showers. We'd come back :)

Wanted to just hang out and wait for the rain to settle before we packed up. The area wasn't busy nor was the park we were the only tents there. It was only 15 minutes past the checkout time. Excuse was we need to clean up. What are they gonna do vacuum the grass? I have been working in holiday...

Thankyou so much for you review. If a guest comes to us BEFORE departure time of 10am & requests late check out for good reason - no problem ;-) But if the guests are still making breakfast with stuff everywhere in the kitchen at 10.15am & they haven't attempted to start packing up their tent etc. then it's a different...

18$ pp in peak season, perfect campsite where we could stay under the tree to repair a little bit from the rain. Staff more than friendly, he showed us all the Holiday Park even if it was raining. Really nice and clean toilets, basic kitchen with a TV room small, but pleasant! Would stay again

A great (quiet!) location just minutes from the centre, very friendly. We paid $17 each for two people in an unpowered van. Laundry is $3 each wash and dry. Great lounge and dining room. Kitchen has stove tops ( electric ), toasters, kettle, oven and grill but isn't great for layout. Two toilet blocks. Disabled access one is great -...
