We were made very welcome on arrival and shown to our room which was excellent. The bed large and comfortable in sited in a little room off the lounge. The lounge had access to the balcony which looked out over the lawn, down to the town and out to sea. The bathroom was also excellent almost a lounge size in...

We stayed in the Lavender room which is fabulous. The view is straight on to the bay and chairs are positioned so you can sit and enjoy the view. This B&B looks after guests very well with fruit and chocolate in the room and breakfast delivered to the room each day. It is only a short walk into the town....

This is a small boutique B&B situated on the cliff side on the northern side of the Kaikoura peninsular. We visited 3 myths after their 2016 earthquake and the Lodge was fully operational despite being close to the Main Street of Kaikoura where several buildings were still awaiting evaluation or repair. Our suite had a spectacular view north across the...

Lemon Tree Lodge is located just a short walk away from downtown Kaikoura. The Garden Suite Room was fairly big with a separate bedroom, decorated in modern style. Rosemarie and Ivo are great hosts very helpful when asked. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning with eggs of your choice. Overall it is in the Top 3 of...

So near the town and the main road but so quiet and peaceful. Just a short walk to shops and beach. But what sold us was the welcome. With open arms. And everybody went to great lengths to creat a perfect getaway. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed at Lemon Tree Lodge on our recent honeymoon trip in New Zealand and unfortunately only for one night. Ivo, the host, was so welcoming and helpful. We had a beautiful room ("poppy flower") overlooking the sea (the lodge is set up on a hilltop just short walk from the town) and the fabulous mountains in the distance -...

Ideally positioned, a short walk away from the high street on Kaikoura, and with sweeping views over the coastline and local countryside, this was the highlight of our hotels in New Zealand. The rooms are of Scandinavian design, with luxurious fittings in 6 lodges, set in beautifully maintained gardens, in a quiet area of the town. The very friendly, and...

This was the most amazing and beautiful B&B on our NZ trip. We had room "George" with sea view and we fell in love with the place. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. The breakfast served on our own deck was amazing, we were able to select want we wanted and it was served at...

Booking in was quick and easy... We were then led round the corner to our room.... With the most amazing views over the Pacific Ocean from the decking which was our balcony. The room had all we wanted and was very well decorated... As my wife says it was our own slice of paradise. We had been given advice on...
