2 bedroom accommodation was cramped, although clean. No room for bags in bedrooms.Close to other "chalets". pool was great. backpacking staff very helpful and obliging. Pre arranged sunset dinner tour was absolutely wonderful.
Stayed in a motor home on a powered site. Lovely pool and cafe, and buffet restaurant for the evening. Spectacular walks and cruises close by. Showers and loos acceptable.
Good value, would definitely come back.
Proximity to Gorge great. Bats quite a site especially from lookout at sunset. 3 Gorge tour worth it. Front desk very professional.

Campground near the gorge is well located for walking and exploring the area. Facilities nothing special (camp kitchen had only a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave) but wallabies and birds on the site quite entertaining and a decent pool.

Nitmiluk Campground is located in Nitmiluk National Park - 300km south of Darwin. The Katherine River flows through the Park and is safe for swimming and canoeing from June - September during the dry season.
