We stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a bad experience with almost everything. It seems like we got fooled by fake positive reviews online while booking this property. It started with late checkin by an hour. We reached after 2 PM and still our room wasn't ready. Then we ordered food which was pretty tasteless and overpriced. Pls keep in mind that food is exorbitantly priced and food quality is not great too. Also a lot of construction is going around the property so there is lot of noise during day and even at night. Staff is arrogant and doesn't bother about handling your complaints. We had dirty linen even after late checkin. There were several other issues which totally spoilt our experience. So totally avoid this property if you don't want to spoil your holiday.

Very comfortable stay, the food is good, the rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. View from the room is fantabulous . Ample parking. Worth the money.

This is the best hotel one can get in Kasauli. Thanks to the amazing team led by Mr.Rajeev. Great services with amazing food and view. Just loved the place coz of comfortable stay. There are limited options for breakfast buffet but whatever’s there is good. The property is also kids friendly.

The Chateau as the name attracts firstly also we checked in at night the the outside lighting view of the hotel is awesome also when we checked in The reception staff very cooperative also friendly with all my family members....also the rooms are spacious and the view of snowy mountains from the balcony in the morning is awesome.....Really enjoyed the stay....Thanks to all the Chateau staff...

Was travelling from shimla to delhi and decided to take a night. Stay at Kasauli, . Was looking for a reasonable property and accidentally stumbled on this property, checked the reviews and decided to stay for a night. On arrival staff was v courteous, had a good dinner at the restaurant, very good interaction with chef who was v willing to customise food as per choice. 5 stars to the chef….👍. On the room: a good decent size room with balcony, bathrooms are neat clean with good toiletries. Views: Amazing unhindered Clearview of mountains to my surprise could see snow peaked mountains. Overall a very good place and nice courteous staff. Only thing that they can add is a morning nature walk

Food was great. They accomodated Jain food and made food by request and it was tasty and filling. The rooms are great and service is the best and on time. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room has great view of the mountains.
