Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The food was served hot and fresh. Smooth transition of check in and out. The staff here were very attentive and helpful. I thank Shivani (one of the staff) who provided needed assistance. The hotel has potential to provide much better amenities.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe.

Room cleaning and food was good, all service's were on time. Great hospitality. Abhijit Sarkar and Saptamita Talukdar were really good hosts and helped me in case I needed anything. All in all, I would say that I would recommend Lords eco inn to anyone who's visiting Gandhidham

I was attracted by the chain brand's other property. Sorry to say, it was not upto the standard of other lords property (forget about my own expectations)
Difficult to find parking here.
Pros:
1. Rooms are spacious.
2. They kept a bottle of water in room
3. bathroom with towel, soap and shampoo.
Cons:
1. No Parking for cars
2. Lift is too small and slow.
3. Food quality is disappointing.
4. Extra Bottle of Water was billed MRP + Extra Charges
5. This place is located in Adipur town and Not Gandhidham (as per couple of travel apps shows this as Gandhidham)

A hotel with great potential but is losing its appeal with each passing year due to negligence.
There are only a handful of staff who are extremely nice but have too much on their hands. They handle every task - from reception desk to room service to laundry check to maintenance to even helping with luggage.
Even though the property is clean and it’s daily maintenance is thorough, the walls are full of seepage on the first floor and rooms are damp and smell due to this.
I wish the management will look into this as the property is the best in Afipyr town. I have stayed there a few times in the past years and will continue to stay there in the coming years.

Starting with Housekeeping - Ms. Saptamita Talukdar
Mr. Abhijit sarkar this guys has made our stay pleasant, clean and tidy, I stayed there for very long but without any interruption my room gets neat and clean every time thanks for that.
Coming to F&B,kitchen and chef - Mr. Dharmendra ,Lalit Singh this guys has magic in there hands I would suggest not to go anywhere out in market they have best chef and restaurant they provide room service with best taste, quality , quantity and worth money.
Last but not least Front office - Raju this guy is superhero or something always energetic, I came in morning, night anytime he's available and there to help, overall experience was great big thumbs up for hotel & staff.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff was very polite and humble. Check-in procedure was quick and hassle free. Rooms were neat and tidy, had a bit of seepage issue but was not that concerning or bothered my whole stay. Also, location of hotel is close to railway station and bus station. Variety of food stalls and local shopping can be done on walk from this hotel.

Room was good...cleaning was at its best...
Only a little hot water problem in the morning as I guess hotel has solar water heating system and not actual geysers in each room.
Room service was a little late.
But the room's ambience and cleaning were great.

Gandhidham railway station to our hotel 8 km distance, we don’t have car or four wheeler so we cannot allow due to you outsource cost is Rs. 800/- for pick up & drop as same. 2

"We had 3 rooms and we found all of them moreover the same. The rooms are quite luxurious with respect to the hotel being in a small town. Sometimes the bathroom stinks mainly due to poor drainage system but otherwise there is nothing to complain with the bathrooms. They are too good."Read full review
