My wife and I recently completed a 4 night stay at the apartments. They were excellent, I could not fault the quality, location and wonderful amenities included at the resort. The apartments are fully self-contained, which is perfect should you wish to make use of these facilities. We loved the option of the very private outside shower, this was a great little add-on which we used all the time. The on site pool and BBQ facilities were terrific and the perfect way to finish a long day after sight seeing. The other added bonus was the wonderful staff, from airport pick-up to check-in to support during our staff, nothing could be faulted. It's no wonder this accommodation rates as the number 1 in Kununurra, it is well and truly recommended.

Very modern and comfortable complex, the apartment was very spacious, all the facilities needed were available and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable which ensured a great sleep. Parking was available very close to each apartment. some apartments are up stairs, so need to cart your bags up the flight of stairs.

We’ve been staying regularly now at the Freshwater over the past 4 years and are impressed every time. Particularly recently when so many poor businesses have struggled with staffing and overcrowding Freshwater have been able to maintain an exemplary level of service despite all this. They have an incredible number of changeovers each day but their happy and efficient cleaners and reception staff get the job done with aplomb daily. Big shout out to Nancy and Ashley in particular at the front desk who are always obliging and helpful. Nothing like being greeted by warm happy people to get your stay off on the right note. Congratulations on every aspect of your business. You’re a benchmark in hospitality in difficult times. Congratulations and keep doing you. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, large lounge area, table and chairs on outside deck. Bed was comfortable and apartment was sparkling clean. The outdoor shower was great, didn’t use the indoor one. Kimberley Grand next door had good meals. Highly recommended.

wWe had three seperate stays here in mMay - the first for one night, the second for two nights and the last for five nights. The apartments are a little distance from the centre of town - but the caravan park across the road has really great coffee and toasties and the Kimberley Grande next door does good pub food. The apartments are very spacious and well furnished - they have fans and A/C and a full kitchen and there is a laundry available for guests.Beds are very comfortable. Some apartments are slightly bigger than others. There is lots of parking. There is a pool which is set in pretty gardens and has a BBQ area nearby. Staff are wonderful - very helpful. I would not stay anywhere else in Kununurra.

Freshwater apartments are fantastic option for your stay in Kununurra. They are reasonably new and neat and very clean. Our group of friends stayed in a three bedroom apartment which had plenty of room and good kitchen facilities. The large pool is a great way to recover from the heat of the day. The common areas such as the barbecue and the laundry were also clean and tidy and in good working order. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance to the town centre. Beautifully maintained grounds, great pool and bbq area. On-site laundry is convenient and free of charge. Complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off and a morning drop off in town is provided. Our room was a spacious one bedroom apartment which presented very clean and was well equipped with kitchen utensils making it easy to prepare meals. What was really cool was an outdoor shower which had a vantage point over boab trees! All staff were extremely friendly (front desk, house keeping, grounds people) with nothing ever too much trouble. On our last day we were allowed to stay on and use the pool facilities as we had a later flight, which was greatly appreciated. Kununurra has spectacular sunsets, and Freshwater is a great place to experience them by the pool! We highly recommend staying here.…

We were delighted with our short stay at the East Kimberley Freshwater apartments, from the excellent airport transfer right through to the guest lounge where we waited for our end-of-stay pick up. All staff were very friendly and particularly helpful. The apartment was bright, cool, very well-appointed and clean, and overlooking the pool area.

Having stayed with most accomodation providers in Kununurra over the last decade of visiting the town for work- Freshwater is fantastic. If only other accomodation providers in other parts of the country could bring themselves up to this standard I would enjoy travelling more. Friendly check in and reception staff, prompt response to any enquiries, fantastically clean rooms and a pool that leaves any others for dead. First class.
