A beautiful place to stay for a great price. Unfortunately the negativity from the staff on the phone prior to arrival, the signs around the venue, and the "welcome literature" in the flat give and unfortunate feel about the place. The views however are impeccable and it makes for a nice holiday (all things considered)

As a maintenance manager for a large motel in Brisbane I am usually over critical when staying in a motel. This place was without fault (except for a simple blown light bulb that was replaced immediately after we advised) Entire unit was well equipped and maintained with everything we needed. We had some car issues whilst staying and Victoria at...

I give this resort a 10/10. It's a very private apartment style resort with a very modern and romantic feel in the apartments a stunning view! We were pool side so we couldn't see the ocean from every window but we didn't mind! It was hot out so the shade from the tall palm trees allowed us to spend a...

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in a one bedroom apartment for our 25th wedding anniversary. They are really gorgeous rooms with the most beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The view was also amazing. We were in unit 16 which was lovely but I would have preferred to be on a higher floor to avoid the trees spoiling some...

This apartments was really overwhelming, very luxurious and with a great view! The hotel is on a hill, so recommend a car for going down to the city-center, of course you can walk, it's a good exercise to walk it up again tho. I would visit them again! Great pool and there was also a spa-pool that was heatet.

My daughter and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. We loved the room, very big and the best views in Airlie. Vicki at reception was very helpful and booked tours for us. Would definitely recommend Reflections if you are staying in Airlie beach.

Beautiful apartments. Very spacious, clean and modern. Wonderful, helpful staff. Nice pool but under construction for a few days while we were there. No wifi which would have added a lot to the place. Otherwise no complaints at all. Would definitely return.

We stayed in a classy 2 bedroom appartment with our 2 boys. Very spacious appartment, fulltime equipped, wonderful bath in the middle of our room, great ocean views, parking next to the appartment... Absolutely recommended. Only the carpets could have been cleaner, but that couldn't spoil the great stay we had!

They take your money, but they don't want to know you. Mgt seems over the job. They're either unavailable or indifferent to any questions or requests you may have. We purchased two apartments for a week and upon leaving the manager didn't even ask us how our stay was. Very odd. Great views. Great apartments. But left feeling like an...

We stayed at Reflections for 7 nights. The views were amazing from our large balcony. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise. Great set out, quiet and all amenities available. Staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely pool and spectacular view if the sunset from the spa! Is on top of a big...
