Room was small, old and uninviting. I started the jets in the spa bath and clumps of hair came out and the jets were very loud, the fixtures on walls were loose and discoloured, and they had signs about us having to clean room up before we leave or we will be charged a cleaning fee is ridiculous.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. pretty good position withing walking distance to restaurants and bars. There is also a thai restaurant onsite which is very good if you want to stay in.

We were greeted by the friendly managers and instructed on parking and room location. Wifi was good and parking convenient to lifts. View was ok over another resort, carpark and the marina beyond. Bed was comfortable. Was a bit disappointed the spa was just a large bathtub spa (no window in bathroom). Overall a pleasant place to stay but nothing special.

Lovely hotel. Smallish room than originally thought but the view was breathtaking and to look at it from our bathtub was amazing. Good facilities at hotel. Pool looked nice but didn’t use! Not too far from the CBD but very quiet.

Arrived for a 5 night stay, all in all it was disappointing, we discovered that should we require clean towels ect we would have to pay for them, allocated 2 thin towels a bath mat and 2 face cloths for 5 nights. Pool towels were "rented" for $2.50 each? The bed only had a sheet on it I went to enquire as to if there was supposed to be a doona, and was informed that they don't have them there should be blankets in the wardrobe, and was provided with a brown blanket, honestly it may as well have been a private room at a back packers the bed was rock hard as well. To our delight there was even a sign up stating that if the dishes were not clean on departure we would be charged a cleaning fee. I would think that they would clean everything for the next guest anyway.
