We visited Travelodge Bankstown to meet up with family. Not knowing Sydney very well it was easy to find from the M5. The service provided by all staff was very good and the room was spotless. My wife had a guide dog with her and experienced no problems...in fact everyone was very interested in him. Overall a great experience was...

Service was good but the food needs major improvement. We were a group of 18 and none of us ate at the restaurants and food area within the hotel. The gaming area was good and enjoyable. Will recommend to friends to stay overnight.

Very convenient location with clean , airy rooms. Food options great for everything apart from breakfast. The buffet closes at 9.30 on a weekend. Very disappointing. And the alternative - a coffee shop that cant cope and asks patrons to come back in 1/2 hour! not impressed

Change TVs Guests should have a designated parking close to entrance for easy carriage of large bags to and from hotel because the cart is not everywhere at the same time. Need more variety of Eggs for breaky and sauces. If there were sauces I apologize because i couldn't find them. Thanks

Hotel is attached to the club so provides Great entertainment options. Rooms have been recently refurbished. The windows do not open so no fresh air in the room and the lighting is dim. Other than that as previous I have enjoyed my stay.

I regularly attend Board meetings in Bankstown so this is a convenient location. I can travel the night before and be ready and fresh for meetings nearby. Food options are good and you can always find something enjoyable for your palate. service at front desk is always welcoming. They now have a separate area for check-in so its not right...

The room was a little tired, and breakfast choices were limited in quality and quantity, but $199 per night was better than average for Sydney. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We're likely to stay there again.

Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Room was fresh, clean and new. I enjoy this location and facility as many options in house for different dining experiences and always an interesting area outside to walk around.

having the hotel as part of a sports complex was confusing - needed help in finding the front desk. No instructions given in using elevator or lighting in the room. One had to use their room key to access floors in the elevator, then using it again in a slot in the room to turn on any lights. Thermometer would...
