Have been going to smugglers for many years now. Facilities keep getting better and better and still cheaper than many big brand caravan parks. Good activities to keep the kids entertained during school holidays. Murray and Sharon the caretakers are very helpful. Good location on the lake but more suitable for kayaking and fishing not swimming. Arm bands are a...

We have just spent a week here in a cabin with our two toddlers and it was fantastic. We can't fault it. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a couple of things things that needed fixing in our cabin and they were fixed within an hour. The pools and playgrounds are great for small children. The have tractor rides for...

We booked this place and we were told we were not going to get charged until we got there. Due to our child being ill we had to cancel the trip so we called in again to cancel and straight away they took the money FULL AMOUNT out of our card . We called the trading standards authority and reported....

Great for kids, the pool is fantastic. Not super friendly toward visitors. Apparently the kids must wear some kind of security band at all times. I'd imagine Naru is similar minus the pool and comfortable cabins. I appreciate running a place like this would have its difficulties but I'm not sure that should be reflected in their customer service level.

We rented 2 cabins for along weekend. The park had some new facilities including play area and water slide. Large child friendly pool a great facility. Cabins were well appointed if a little dated. Sofa in poor repair. However effective a.c., good tv and plenty of hot water to shower etc. Restaurant on site surprisingly good with large screen movie...

Great service , great accomodation , great pools and excellent location . Loved our stay . We stayed for two nights and wished we could stay longer . It was the perfect place for us two middle people to relax but it would've been just as good if we have had our grandchildren in tow .

We spent a month over Christmas at the park and had a great time. Plenty of activities for the kids and Murray's famous tractor train ride pleases every time. A massive fireworks display for new year. Even with the large holiday demand cleaning is kept up with and staff try very hard to keep everyone enjoying themselves. A really good...

It's on the expensive side, but what a great set up! We camped for 2 nights and were impressed with the pool. There's 3 pools all up. And a water slide. The kids loved it. Lots of friendly guests. Plenty of trees to give shade in the camp ground. The grass is well maintained and soft. Ready to pitch a...

I stayed here with my 13 year old daughter at the end of November. It's an annual trip we take with a group of friends. I always find the place is clean and the staff are friendly. It's close to shops and other facilities, although the beach is about a 2km walk/drive. All flat though! Haha We always come away...

This was our first time at Smugglers Cove and we spent the entire car trip home talking about when we can go back. I could not fault the customer service we received from start to finish and all I can say for the people who have complained about the service here is that they must be very difficult to please....
