Fantastic stay at the hotel. Great views, great service and we took advantage of the facilities of the sister property Lilianfels resort which is just across the road. Highly recommended staying here for a night or two in the mountains would certainly return!

Spent two night there. The hotel is in the great and convenient location for the Blue Mountains.  We had a ground floor room which was very nice and comfortable and had breath-taking views. We could walk directly into the lovely garden. The views from the restaurant are even better. However, the restaurant is pricey so we used it just for...

The hotel has beautiful gardens and a large undercover area to unload the car under. This could be important because of the high rainfall in the area. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were personally shown to our room. Our corner room was larger than most and felt very private as it was at the...

You pay a premium for the experience of having a great view from your room. Unfortunately during our stay even with no rain (just clouds) you could not see anything. This then leaves you feeling robbed for the price. At least they could offer complimentary breakfast, high speed wifi or a discount if you come back. The view is everything....

The hotel is more a mansion than a hotel. The ex governor of NSW lived there before it was changed to a hotel. The ambiance, service and food are second to none. We had a bedroom overlooking the Blue Mountains and the view was stunning. The gardens and tennis court were of a very high standard. The walks along the mountain...

Echoes Boutique Hotel is a small hotel but leaves a big impression. On arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist who kindly showed us our delightful rooms with balconies overlooking the most amazing views of the Blue Mountains. The rooms were very well appointed as you would expect from a higher end accommodation provider, superbly comfortable beds and good...

On our way to see family in New Castle we decided to stop off for a night in the Blue Mountains. We had two things against us. It was very wet and the Echoes Restaurant was closed that night. Despite this we had a great visit. The view from our room was fantastic and ever changing with the changes in...

An easy rail journey from Sydney - recreation whilst visiting for a conference. Breath-taking views from room and restaurant. Comfortable room, but not huge. Nice shower room. Clean. Friendly staff. Short walk to Three Sisters and Echo Point. Regular buses into town (use Opal Card) or $10 taxi journey. Restaurant lovely but pricey for us given the current value of...

A lovely position: we arrived in the evening when it was predicted to rain, but it didn't, so we had an excellent if short view of the mountains with a pleasant sunset. Sadly, the next day the rain came and visibility was down to 30m or so! The room itself was adequate. We felt check-in could have been better, but...

The views and the ambience made this a memorable occasion. Unfortunately some of the dishes were just average- my mushroom risotto was underseasoned and a little bland on the plate, and my son's chicken nuggets were just a deep fried mess ( I know, they're nuggets, but I was hoping for a gourmet version..?) The desserts were a hit, though,...
