In reality, this place is "Budget Accommodation" so it's unrealistic to expect the Shangri-la which is why I feel the reviewers who have based their opinions on this pointless comparison need to garner a teeny reality check - you get what you pay for kids...More
This place was very clean, cosy, and a good stay. The room was tidy and it was cheap. But it's worth what you pay. If you're looking for a cheap stay that's decent, this is a great option. It also has free wifi and is...More
Multiple issues with this place. At $80-90 per room, per night, you would expect much better.

I think I saw somewhere under your page, stated that as a proof of identification, customer need to show their credit card and photo ID upon arrival.
I am using my mother's credit card here in Malaysia. We are planning to pay everything from Malaysia before I am heading to Australia. Because I do not own any credit card.
The question is, eventhough we already book and pay, do you still need me to bring along my mom's credit card (which is impossible) or I can just use my passport as a proof of identification?
Hope to hear from you soon, because I am about to book the single bed in 4-bed dormitory room at its best price.

Legally you only require a photographic identity proof for yourself - ie passport - nothing else. We were not even asked for this.
