My trip to this place would have been complete if The Freak (Officer Ferguson) had checked me in. It is a perfect replica of the inside of Prisoner: Cell Block H's set.

Lovely place, great service. Staff is always willing to help. The location is great. It's easy to get around. You can easily walk to the Three Sisters and Katoomba Falls. Had a very good time here.
Pros; free WiFi, free parking, free coffee/tea, nice 'livingrooms'....More
We arrived at the desk at 12.30p.m. to check in but there was no one at the counter. There was a phone provided that would connect to the manager. We used this 3 times and each time it disconnected. We waited around for half an...More
Chose this place based on last minute availability and price for a two day visit. Very easy to find and centrally located from the train station at Katoomba. No reception as such but a gentleman at the entrance who provided us with keys etc. Basic...More

I think I saw somewhere under your page, stated that as a proof of identification, customer need to show their credit card and photo ID upon arrival.
I am using my mother's credit card here in Malaysia. We are planning to pay everything from Malaysia before I am heading to Australia. Because I do not own any credit card.
The question is, eventhough we already book and pay, do you still need me to bring along my mom's credit card (which is impossible) or I can just use my passport as a proof of identification?
Hope to hear from you soon, because I am about to book the single bed in 4-bed dormitory room at its best price.

Legally you only require a photographic identity proof for yourself - ie passport - nothing else. We were not even asked for this.
