Was very happy with our 35th wedding anniversary stay with La Maison Boutique, thank you Tasha for your personal assistance in helping our stay to be extra special by an upgrade, your friendliness and hospitality was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. . Also a great location. Walking distance to Echo Point, Three sisters and shopping... More

In dire need of some basic upkeep! Soft uncomfortable bed, basic outdated furnishings, amazingly loud refrigerator (we had to turn off it was so loud), fire hazard of a heater (no wheels and resting straight on carpet which also made noise in the night and had to be switched off). Grime laden bathroom with old paint chipped taps and finishes.... More

The location was good. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, however could have been more professional through the stay (sat on their phone at the seat with their feet up). Rooms were a great size. Breakfast wasn't fantastic.

Yes its a little old, but its clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and reasonable facilities for what you pay for. Easy parking, near the Chocolate Cafe, there is a take away shop one minute from the Hotel. So, if you are hungry for a burger, no need to head into town. They have a spa and sauna, pool... More

Disappointing to say the least.. Katoomba's version of 'Faulty Towers'.. I don't like to leave scathing review so I'll be brief.. Want the central heating off at 3am?.. Paper thin walls between rooms? Upgrades that aren't? Then this is the hotel for you! All this and a free game of who slammed that door, thrown in gratis. Basically the hotel... More

The room we had was a far cry from what is shown in the photographs the room was in poor overal condition the fridge was noisy not the peaceful night we were looking for. I have stayed in many hotels all over the country and have never found one calling itself a 4 star that didn't provide soap or shampoo.... More

We looked on their web site and liked the look of it but very disappointed when we got here, the room was old and dated and not overly clean, even the curtains in the room didn't match. The kettle inside was not nice. Breakfast was included and hotel described it as bed and breakfast which usually suggests a cooked breakfast... More

My husband and I, along with a couple of friends came to Katoomba for the Elvis Festival. We found La Maison to be a beautiful old hotel. Very clean, staff lovely, nice and warm and the breakfast was good.
