It is heated. My kids were swimming in it in early May. I had a dip in the middle of the day and it was pleasant.

Yes, there are cycling paths all around Tea Gardens and I think you should if you love cycling. It is worth the effort. KayeS60

Like the others we parked under the building. There would be heaps of on street parking around the resort. Good luck and happy fishing
