Sadly resort rooms ready for renovation - manager sadly not got a good respectful manner. I was offended but saved by another friendly employee who went out of his way to redeem the situation. Did not receive the welcome drink as gold card accor member - told they don't do it here. Got instead a sparkling water and a small...

I booked 3 nights so I could visit with some friends and also meet with a client while my husband stayed home and worked. :-) I had just the one room and it was nice. It was clean and I liked the fact that there was a couch and also a balcony. Very much enjoyed the pool, the gym and...

We stayed three nights. The one bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. We had one with a laundry. We had a room viewing the front instead of the waterway, but nevertheless it had a massive balcony where we spent evenings having a meal and a wine. We couldn't believe the amount of cupboard space throughout. You could almost see this...

However...this is a far, far better place than it used to be with seriously friendly staff,...

I was looking forward to this, as we had stayed twice before under the Crowne Plaza banner and been very happy with the experience. After this visit we may not return for some time. Nothing terribly wrong, just a lot of little...

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks over December 2016 and January this year. Due to our late flight we didn't arrive at the resort until 9pm on our check-in day. Even so, we were warmly greeted and every effort was made to get a late dinner for our hungry daughters. Our apartment was spacious and clean...

Stayed here for 5 nights with my two girls, enjoyed the relaxed. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. Happy Hour everyday was a bonus. Lovely restaurant staff, most specially the ladies who made my girls mocktails. About 2km walk/run to nearest shop (Coles) if ever you needed something. Front desk staff are easy to talk to and let them...
