Excellent location with a budget price tag. Yes this is an old style motel but it clean tidy and value for money. If you are on holiday to stay on your room forget it but if you want value for money and a place to sleep I totally recommend it. Yes it needs renovation but when you are paying under...

Good location close to the beach, rooms are simple, clean and tidy with basic amenities. There is convinient parking outside the room and staff were very helpful and pleasent. This is a perfect budget option for the sunshine coast.

Stayed at Twin Pines Motel for 2 nights between Christmas and New Year period. Clean and comfortable accommodation within walking distance to the Esplanade and beach. Room (twin) was on the small side and ensuite was small and needs updating. Basic provisions were left, however the addition of a box of tissues for the bathroom would have been good. We...

We are checking out this morning and just wanted to say this place is a little gem if you want somewhere near the beach and all the action in Mooloolaba but at the cheaper end of the scale. It's a 3/4 minute walk to the beach, shops, cafes and surf club but equally importantly it is very clean, has a...

The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. We had facilities to make our own food which was useful. It also had a small table and chairs. We could park right outside too. We were not troubled by traffic noise as others have reported. The Motel is in a good location and only a few minutes walk to the Esplanade and...

Only one block away from the beautiful ocean, shops, cafes and bars. The reception we got was helpful and friendly, our room was at the back (no19) which was quiet and had parking. Everything was clean and adequate for what we wanted. The shower must be the best and most powerful one in QLD!! We spent 3 lovely days in...

This is an old fashioned motel - the room we had was adequate however the double mattress was lumpy and badly needed replacing. Annoyingly there was no blind over the windows over the sink, so the room could NOT be kept dark. On site parking extremely limited.

Stayed 2 nights and was very happy with everything. The room is very basic no frills but more importantly it's 5 mins from the water and heaps of shops and cafes. Clean and safe would definately stay there again

We were in Mooloolaba for a sports/social event and ended up booking this place because friends had already staying there. We expected a typical average type of motel which it was, except for the service. We arrived and the lady whose name I cant recall at reception was ever so lovely and friendly. They changed our room prior to our...
