We chose Marlin Cove Resort from Greatweekend Holidays sight. Very good rates especially given it was peak season. Rooms were near new and well appointed. All resort facilities available to us. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing not in the room was an information folder to help with use of appliances etc. Walking distance to beach and cafés etc. Would...

We had a very enjoyable stay at Marlin Cove. From our first morning there, listening to the flying foxes squabbling in the palm trees above the deck, to our early-morning departure four days later, we had a great time. The resort is very clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly (thanks for finding me a booster pack for the dead...

The Marlin Cove Holiday Resort is a wonderful place for a holiday with the family. Clean well-equipped apartments with silent and efficient AC, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, free (but SLOW) wifi, and a private terrace. The pool area was one of the best we have seen also including barbecue areas. Some 5-10 minutes walk to the sea and several...

Four people stayed here for two nights in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was fully self contained. Although the apartment was clean, there was quite a bit of dust around the air conditioning unit and behind the tv (both areas in view of guests). Also the quality of Austar reception was below average with it regularly dropping out. Our...

Accommodation was value for money for peak season. Lap pool heated however lagoon pool was not. Games room not up to standard. Rooms adequate however ambience of apartment lighting was poor. Pillows were extremely high and too firm no pillow swap available, would advise taking own pillows or buy from nearby target as we did. Good location.

We spent 2 nights here as a family of 4 in 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. We gad a late check in and prearranged key in safe which was easy. They also put our friends close by at request which was great. Kids loved the lagoon pool. Room was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioner in each room to point was cold...

We stayed for 10 nights on our recent holiday. It was a great place with everything we needed. The kids loved the lagoon pool, hunting for tiny frogs in the rain, and all the wallabies. Location is a good base for activities all in and around Cairns. We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior room that was clean and recently...

We stayed there as part of a group of 6 couples (retirees). The apartments are well appointed with all that you need. A lovely free-form pool as well as a lap pool. A terrific communal/BBQ area. A short walk to some terrific restaurants and the beach front. The Owner/managers were very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

they extremely impressed us from the time we arrived at the resort. we reached Cairns at 5:30pm & by the time we got at the resort, the reception was already closed. disappointed to be welcomed by no one & too afraid to sleep by the streets, we got very surprised to see a note posted on the reception door with...

Visiting this place wasbok. We thought the apartment was a huge place but the decor a little dated. Although the bed was fine. The wasmachine and dryer comes in handy. Also Trinity Beach is a quiet place (season autumn). We had a tastefull breakfast at tge Lime Tree and a really good diner at L' Unico.

Thank Sylvia S
