The room was large and comfortable. Excellent bed. The property was overlooking the bay and walking distance to all shops. We enjoyed our stay very much. We dined at the ozone restaurant, the waitress was very pleasant and the food was very good.

We had booked via a travel agent who had booked us an executive room. When we arrived our room allocated was on the ground floor in the corner at the back of the building looking into a car park. The room was small and tired looking. The curtains were hanging off the track and the fly screen at the window...

A strange hotel insofar as it has two separate buildings with a road in between, I cannot work out whether they bought out another business or just built on the land adjacent to the main building. We stayed in the annex, with poor WIFI which did not initially work then said we had expired our usage in the morning. It...

Rodney, Thanks for your feedback, we recently upgraded our wifi to NBN which has increased the coverage and the functionality of WIFI at the hotel. This still can be impacted in high winds like last week. We constantly look at better ways to provide these services and as technology allows we will continue to invest. The two buildings and then...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in March. The location is excellent, directly across the road from the beach and very close to the centre of town. Our first room was on the ground floor and we did not like people walking directly past the balcony, it was not private so we asked to change. Reception staff dealt...

Very comfortable room. This hotel has the accommodation over the road from the reception/restaurant/bar, so the only noise in the room is from the minimal traffic. The only fault I could pick with the room would be that the complimentary shower gel tubes are too small for two people. The restaurant is a little dear compared to the accommodation cost....

Stayed here recently for 5 nights and we loved the location. Our spacious room didn't have a sea view but was purchased at a special deal so we were ok with that. The decor was modern and most staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was also huge, very clean but had a shower curtain which is a pet peeve of...

Nice and helpful staffs. Clean and comfy rooms with beautiul ocean view. Located in Kingscote, good places for coffee and breakfast nearby, a bit far (1.5-2 hours) drive from Pier and other spots eg wildlife park and national park.

I attended as a participant at the Law Society Conference. I was traveling alone and although I booked a very long time before the conference, I was placed in one of the interior rooms (34). I was somewhat disappointed not to have a view over the bay. For the age of the building and an internal on suite the facilities...
