Kingscote is Kangaroo Island's main town. With only 1500 permanent citizens this hotel is surprisingly modern and comfortable. Well located looking over the sea, rooms are adequate and King beds are very comfortable. However, allocation is one bedside lamp for two and very high firm cushions. Ask for better and it will arrive, not without some discussion. Bathroom is modern...

We stayed at this hotel as part of an Australian Air Holidays package There are two different parts of the Hotel- we stayed across the road in the new units and they were very clean and comfortable and accessible by wheelchair if you needed to use one. Our room had a double bed and a single bed in it as...

We attended on a Monday night and were surprised to find it so busy. The staff were very busy and doing a good job under the circumstances. I suggest you book as it is the best place in town to eat and therefore gets busy. The order took a while to get taken but was not unreasonable considering the numbers...

We only had two nights at the Aurora Ozone but would have loved a longer stay. Reception offered to take our luggage up the stairs, balcony room with a view of the ocean and the beautiful Norfolk Island Pines. Bedroom quitie large, very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed breakfast and dining. Booked through ferry Sealink and received a great deal.

My wife and I went for dinner at the Ozone Hotel on Sunday night. we were very dissapointed with the service and the food. Our Honey bread with olive oil and dukkah took 30 minutes to arrive and the oil was canola oil. We requested extra oil which when it arrived was olive oil. 45 minutes later our meals arrived....

Rooms are average. Cold shower the first night, complained and nothing happened the next day (shower still cold) so moved to another room. Parking is poor. Toilet paper supplied was so thin that there is a risk of fingers breaking through and stuck in ones bottie!! Joy oh joy. The main hotel is an upgraded 1920’s building opposite with some...

The Aurora Ozone Hotel gave us a nice room. It was clean and comfortable with a very good bed which provided an excellent night's sleep. There is nothing special about the hotel or our room, but we did have a very pleasant stay. The town of Kingscote was somewhat disappointing but we managed to have a good pizza for dinner...

The Rooms have been updated, like a face lift to an old person so even tho it looks new, old fittings and lack of new beds, deda were old and not comfortable considering the price u pay. The upstairs rooms with old rattling windows and huge air con duct outdise being noise all night keeping me awake
