We camped for 3 nights and had a great time. The amenities are top notch, especially the kitchen area. The park has a great atmosphere and you are surrounded by wildlife. It's a great spot to stay for exploring the other side of the island.
Mark and Fiona do a sterling job of running this caravan park. It is immaculate and surrounded with gum trees with koalas in them. In fact they were mating above our car and obviously they don't mind interruptions judging from the flashlights pointed at them....More
We stayed 3 nights last week in a 2 bedroom cabin (Lonzars Cabin). Very quiet, so peaceful.
The van park is super. We were lucky in that it was not crowded at all.
We love the feel of being out in the bush land.
The cabins are a little tired but clean and the gardens and grounds could do with some rain. However the total experience is great, including the abundant bird life, particularly at Beckys Lagoon, the koalas, wallabies and kangaroos. Mark and Fiona are lovely hosts and...More
Nice campground close to the National Park in the west of KI. It's a more basic campground, but the facilities are quite clean. There is a lot of wildlife in and around the campground. Furthermore there are two short walks, which we can recommend.
